- This video was uploaded to showcase the amazing sound design and foley work by the Bungie audio team for their in-game cinematics. I do not own the rights to the cinematics shown nor do I own the audio used in them.

the amount of effort and attention to detail that goes into these cutscenes is unreal, at the start you can see the tiny leaves on the rock moving, absolutely beautiful.
the confrontation scene everyone has waited for. also the audio/sfx was really good.

Very little was left, you are sure, because you feel insignificant now. The hard slick heart of your soul: That is what remains. A body small as a river stone, and just as simple. You picture yourself as a piece of indigestible grit, a nameless nothing hiding among other nameless stones. Perhaps you glitter like a gem, yes. Pride makes you hope so. If only you could see yourself. But you have no eyes. Not the dimmest sense survives. What lives is memory, and what slim portion of these thoughts can you trust?

Yes, yes... Crow and Cayde are great. No question.
But without the music and voices I have to ask.....
That sound coming from the distant monolith.... Are we hearing the Traveller scream?
I’m curious what in the world the pulsing light is as well. The sound is similar to the nodes of splendor in Root of Nightmares, if not a bit different.
But the pulsing light. Is the Traveler trying to beckon them to come closer and stop the Witness, or is it doing something else? Not sure, but very excited.
@@twelved4983the traveler has released a blast of light a few times from when it attacked the witness fleet for Lightfall, and when it was re-awakened some years ago.

The witness has established a connection to our light or is trying to its the end of the prophecy the darkness kills the light
It's cooking a reformation of the universe. Put simply... by Ulan Tan. Thy Fearful Symmetry.
The Traveler moved across the face of the iron world. It opened the earth and stitched shut the sky. It made life possible. In these things there is always symmetry. Do you understand? This is not the beginning but it is the reason.
Ulan-Tan's Thesis considers the Darkness a necessary symmetry to the Traveler in a cosmic balance. In this view, the Traveler's goodness led it to sacrifice for others, and it is up to us to return this goodness by healing the Traveler.
I propose a simple experiment-look around. You see light. You see darkness. There could not be one without the other. They are two sides of the same coin.
If it is true for these Newtonian echoes, why would it not be true of the purest, paracausal forms?
Therefore, I conclude: the reason you persecute me is not because of the symmetry. It's because of the truth beyond this truth, the truth which you most dread: if we could destroy darkness, but we had to give up our Light to do so, how many of us would make that trade?

Using polarity inversion with the surround sound channels I was able to remove the music. Thought I'd share the result for folks interested in the sound design. :)
I find it funny how Crow is constantly avoiding getting shot, when us players get shot like 500 times in every single thing we do
Can you do a fanmade raid soundtrack about the winnower. After salvation's edge I came up with a raid about the winnower called winnower's domain. There are 6 encounters 1 puzzle encounter with is the 1st encounter and 5 after are bosses and 5th and 6th encounters are in the same room winnower phase one bieng winnower's disciple and 6th encounter is the winnower himself and before the 1st encounter is an opening simular to kings falls opening. The puzzle encounter is simular to last wish vault encounter can you plz do fabmade soundtracks for that plz. And the raid Taking place in the winnower' core pyramid ship

While I’m not a fan of this more realistic art style in cutscenes, the amount of detail and effort is insane.
