    Absolute Day One Beginner here. I needed picture in picture and you showed me how to do it perfectly. Not like I'm 5 years old, but not rushing and clicking like I should know better either. Great presentational style and excellent work. Liked, subscribed and thank you very much.

    You already did part of my applauding you when you clapped your hands. Here is more applause from Munich, Germany :-)

      :) Thanks, Hermann! My boss still talks about your visit to our office. Thanks for making the trek to Michigan for us!

    Exactly what I needed and a bonus tip. The clap thing was a great idea.

    Is possible to do also in camtasia 2019?

    • @TechSmithSupport
      @TechSmithSupport  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not with Track Mattes, no. Those were introduced in Camtasia 2020.

    hi, when i am recording any session thru camptesia , my logitech webcam footage is laggy,and is not matching with the audio a little,even after rendering webcam footage is laggy,also i checked all the setting all are in same 1080.Please guide

      A couple of first thoughts:
      1) Are you recording at 30fps? 60fps? Does your Logitech camera tell you? It's 1080p which is good, but what frame rate is it using? That should match your Camtasia project settings (in the U.S. English edition of Camtasia they're defaulted to 30fps).
      2) You're recording everything through Camtasia? Not using a separate audio recorder or webcam recorder? Sometimes separate sources can be an issue if they're brought in at different Hz or frame rates.
      If those things are as they should be, you may want to reach out to our tech support team by opening a support ticket with them: bit.ly/ts-gethelp
      Please note our response times are slower than normal due to increased ticket volumes, but they will get back to you as soon as possible.
