I'm now at the part about feeling the energy buzzing in your body. I have had exactly that for some months now and couldn't quit figure out what is was, but I can feel it pretty strongly througout the day. I had a hunge that it must have something to do with the energy at this moment, but it's reassuring to hear it from you. 😊
For 2 weeks , I was feeling a buzz for several seconds and very frequently in my second chakra after those 2 weeks I started experiencing tachycardia. I had a visit with the cardiologist, but everything came back clear.
It worked. I am so happy I am crying. I got all the support I needed and understood my "blockage", I was worried that I couldn't do it. And they say Just Relax, you deserve this now. Does anyone else having physical symptoms after this meditation such as below : - Waking up earlier than usual in morning suddenly. - Soon after waking up extreme drowsy level of sleepiness almost like you are tripping not able to walk or talk to anyone because of drowsiness. - Feeling blissful again the same way I felt during start of spiritual awakening. - Past feel so soo soo distant like it doesnt matter anymore & happened in last birth. - Feeling of being born again. - Heart feel more open. Thank you, Christina fot this beautifull activation. Metatron looked very powerful in cristal strong and blazing black and yellow colour. The energy that filled my empty vessel was a light white lace at first and then it filled with a rainbow colored energy. After that Metatron had this christaline and rainbow glow around his upper body and holding this light in his right hand. When he touched my heart it started blooming in warm green color and then the blooming turned in to a gentle rich lotus. When the Merkaba started spinning it was different than I expected. It was warm and safe, like in an eg or a woumb. I felt love and then I started feeling very awake and sharp and very much at peace. Later I started yawning and started to feel sleepy and dizzy but still awake. I alowed it to be in this strange combination. It was beautiful! Thank you again!

I'm just now activating my merkaba in this way, though I have spent some time following and engaging in spiritual journies that have guided me through this. I definitely felt spinning around me causing my body to move slightly and also increased heat. I have experienced this before during meditation but didn't know what it was. I imagined that I was wrapping the earth in different colored ribbons until the earth was completely covered and protected with rainbows of color. This was very comforting since we are experiencing threats from fires here in northern Colorado.
