I always just tried to use reusable cloth canvas bags in the freezer but the stuff kept sticking to them so I gave up. Never thought to use those cold bags from Aldi! TFS! Love your hauls!
I do a monthly meal plan very similar to yours. I make a list of meals that I can make based on the meat we already have. I usually get 25 meals on the list. Thanks for sharing.

I'm single in a little house. Last year I purchased a small upright freezer (the size of a larger/taller dorm room model) and put it in one side of the master bedroom closet. Great investment when things like chicken go on sale!

freezers last forever. Ours was in the house when we bought it 20 years ago and it was old when we inherited it. must be close to 30 years of use. I am going to empty mine today and try your bag storage. My freezer is huge, I call it the coffin and what I have in it I think we could eat out of it for at least 2 months. Got to do no spend month and I think that will be January. nice way to start a year.
We usually just pick off the list for what we want that week. Here and there I will add in a new recipe but everyone usually likes the same meals! Thanks for watching!
i so need a deep freezer! the problem i have is our fridge and freezer fills up so fast so even when stuff is on sale i have to pass it up due to lack of room
Quick tip to defrost/remove ice from walls of your freezer with out turning it off: Gently tap the ice with a hammer and it will break off in chunks and you can use a large cup or bowl to scoop the ice out.
I've always hated my deep freeze until I saw this video. Can't tell you how much food I've wasted cause it gets lost in the bottom. No more! Gonna get me some bags! Where is the cheapest place to get them?

Not sure who sells the cheapest I just had several from Aldi so I used those cant remember the price on them
