A lot of this changed in the last month or so. You might want to change the title or put something in the description that it is outdated or what all has changed. Namely the enhancement materials for Tuvala has been streamlined and Fuhgar quest don't show up. If you do a new guide, I would add in a short guide on the Nadeer's Ban and how to get it. You might want to add something about the Blacksmith books and how to save failstacks. For a new player that is level or 57 or lower, there is no way to salvage a big failstack and substitute something more appropriate. Cheers and keep up the good work.
I'm new player, and do we need to graduate first to exchange the boss gear or not? And what would happen if my weapons are Pen, but all the armors are still tuvala Pri?
Yes, you do have to graduate and convert the gear to exchange it for boss gear. But if your Tuvala armor is still at Pri, you should follow the steps in the video to get it to Pen. You will not be able to enhance it further once you graduate.
Whats a good way to farm time filled black stones ? And id the best way to level tuvala accessories to just buy em and build fail stacks and then hope for the best?
The season weekly quest gives you 600 of them, so that would probably be the best way since they also drop from the mobs you have to kill for the quest. And yes, since tuvala enhance rates are higher, that would be the best way. You can either buy them or do some echo rifts, these drop both the accessories and the time filled stones.

I think it depends on the region you play. I do not have those quests either. And also do not have those circles to save failstacks, gotta go to blacksmith to buy scrolls which are then crafted in Valks scrolls.

i used 2k crons on my tuvala :(

Tuvala gear enhancing is for season characters only, so not sure what you mean.
