The overall free T to e2 ratio tells more of the story. Chadd , you are doing well, cholesterol is GOOD! The most important thing is the Tryglicerides over HDL cholesterol so find those two numbers and make a ratio.... 3 to 1 is good and yours may be better...
This is an important issue Chadd, for as far as I can remember women talking about their hormones....Testosterone in a man's body is essential so he does not fall apart....It can help with sleep, with hair growth, with all kinds of issues....Biden co-sponsored a bill with a Republican woman called the 21st Century Cures Act....I am proud to see y'all taking this initiative, here's to your health boys....Remember, in November, it is men's health month, hope to see y'all wearing your mustaches....Thanks for sharing brother, love y'all
Triglycerides are the most important level to check, if that’s high it’s not good, ldl and Hdl are whatever….there are so many factors with these tests though.
You guys are still young and very active. Once you get to the mid 50s get it checked again. It takes a man to share his blood work on TH-cam. I applaud that. As far as the cholesterol, a steak and eggs diet will do that. It makes you feel great and is good for vitality but not necessarily longevity. A man has to choose at some age.
High cholesterol isn’t bad…it’s the sugars that rip your arteries that give cholesterol something to bind to. Your liver makes cholesterol..your brain needs it!
Cold plunging prior to exercising will increase your testosterone levels in a very short period of time. There are many studies that show it works as well as many stories that back it up. I can always send you the study links. Basically get in water cold enough to make you gasp and stay in as long as it takes for you to shiver then warm the body through exercise like push ups pulls ups or running etc
Chadd, repeated ultra-endurance events can lead to endocrine fatigue, including lowered testosterone. You are in the normal range, but keep a close eye on it. Low-T is easily remedied with topical testosterone creams. The optimal range for Total T is 800-1400 for most males. Testosterone will help lower your cholesterol. I also recommend that you find a doctor who specializes in men's health and get your blood tested at least yearly.
Mine were 700 three years ago before going through a stressful event. Since then my levels are in the upper 300's. Doctors all say it's not low but trivializing my symptoms when I try to say 380 isn't optimal. The American healthcare system is horrible
I’m 54 been on Testosterone for about a year. My level was almost zero I’m currently in range for my age. My Wife hates it cause I perform like I’m 17 again can’t get enough. Basically I felt like crap and sex drive had nosedived for years. I encourage every Man to get his checked. Warning you will grow hair everywhere lol
I’m glad you guys know that cholesterol is not the enemy. Also, the reason why your testosterone is Not off the charts is because you do the long distance running, which increases cortisol like crazy also, definitely make sure your supplementing with vitamin D3 if you’re not getting consistent sunlight that helps lower cortisol and raise testosterone
My t-level was at 137 at the age of 52. Super tired all the time and no motivation. I'm 65 now and give myself t-shots every 10 days. My level hovers around 550. Advice for anybody doing this for survival, try to time it so your blood draw is 5 or 6 days after your last injection or you'll blow numbers off the chart. Cornbread, you must come from a good gene pool. As someone who gets panels every three months for the last 15 years, you're numbers are decent (except A1C).
There exists a difference between normal versus optimized with regard to testosterone. 55 yo with total of about 500 total. Now using TRT therapy and heading to between 850 and 1000.
I'm 57. Low T as we age is typical. It's not a matter of if, but when. If you're over 50 get tested. Your pcp can prescribe it. It's a quick injection 1x per week (at home) and rolls the clock back 20 years within a month or two. It's $3/week with insurance. I would not suggest one of those clinics advertised on radio unless money is a don't care.
Low Vit D can make you feel tired and sluggish. I recommend taking an OTC supplement and getting that number up to at least 50. During Covid I was at 13, and that was miserable. Sunlight and a daily supplement will fix this problem quickly.
What happens if there is a supply shortage in the future and your body is too old to kick start what little you would have had left, had you not started it?…I mean no shade at all but this is something I’ve always been curious about. Love the videos my brother 🚀
Mine was on the low side of normal. I wanted it to be on the high side of normal. I feel waaaaay better now that I am taking 200 mgs of testosterone per week.
I went last year to be tested …. Came back a week later for results.. Doctor said you know your a diabetic! There ain’t nothing wrong with testosterone
Both of your test levels are good for your age and healthy. Optimal testosterone ranges somewhat differ based on who you ask, but basically everyone agrees that you don't want to be below 500 and that levels in the 600-800 range are very healthy. Most urologists and andrologists would consider the optimal range to be 600-1000.
@juststop022 Depressed and lazy. No motivation or drive. Anxious all the time. Now I feel confident, driven, I can handle confrontation and I have goals. T makes a man a MAN.
I got tested about 6 months ago at the age of 60. I was low on testosterone and I now do TRT. Not to be a body building troggledite, but for energy, clarity of thought and all around health. I recommend it as it's helped me.
When I was young, yes. I probably had an excess when I was young. Now, not so much. Like I said I'm 61 and getting my levels to a higher, but normal, levels, helps me with work and my recreational activities of high leaking the mountains here in Montana.
Hello Brother, Ive been on TRT for 4 years since I got testicular cancer and lost one of my boys… Im gonna just throw this out there…. And take a guess why you might be low in the tank… and im sure you know this also … Your very lean with a low percentage of body fat.. You exercise regularly like a beast!!! From what I see you work your ass off in your buisnesses and probally dont get much rest. For those reasons Im gonna guess your test is ….hmmm between 300-400 …in range in some labs But who wants to be at the low end… Im 51 and keep mine around 750-800… And if your havin issues in the performance area… ( as happened to me) I started taking 5 mg ciales every 48-72 hours.. keeps my NAVY SEAL .. ready to dive at any moment😂😂😂😂😂 love your content brother!! Good luck and stay safe
Chadd, you have full access to the VA. You can go to the VA clinic and get every bit of that done FREE. Most clinics don't require an appointment. However, you can make one. Letting them know that you want a full blood workup done. It's just as convenient with the exception of being at the clinic. Plus, along with a full printout of the results. The doctor will go through it with you and answer all questions. They are a little more knowledgeable than Chilli. If you're in training and trying to establish a proper diet. It's extremely useful information. If not in a "training " mode, it's still very useful to monitor. Do one, then follow up in 3 months and see the changes in the results. That will determine the time span to the next. Additionally, have them check your thyroid. However, you are medically retired from the Navy. You have full access to the VA. You can also call the clinic, and they [the VA] might cover the cost of using this company. Additionally, the VA will cover the cost of traveling expenses. It's a benefit you earned from your time in the service. Very good medical care and advantages to using it. You are probably on TRICARE as well. You CAN use both and take full advantage of each. This coverage includes your wife. She should be entered into DEERS. Done when you obtained your retired military ID card for both of you. Additionally, from the VA, you should have your VA card. Again, these are not a matter of your financial status. This is a benefit you earned. As for your employees.... well, that's a matter of your employee medical plans. To note... in a recent post, you questioned the cost of child delivery and hospital stay....another benefit of military service. One thing to note. Some of those "clinics " that advertise. Improve male performance and testing for "low T." They will do all that. $$$$ Prescribe you with a testosterone boost. Which can boost your metabolism... and you will pay $$$$ . Many times, you don't actually need it. From a medical stand point.

I landed on Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis and 3 months later for a follow up my testosterone came back up to 240. Still on the low side but in the normal range for me and I will be going for another follow up to see if it's improved some more. I hope this helps someone else out there.

There’s a reason the American Heart Association and heart centers at major hospitals recommend limiting saturated fat to 6-10% or less of total calories. It’s all fun and games until you’re old and having to schedule bypass surgery. Bypass surgery is rough on old folks - I’ve seen it firsthand. These testosterone centers have big profit margins and love having lifelong clients. It’s a great annuity stream for them.

Chadd , you are doing well, cholesterol is GOOD! The most important thing is the Tryglicerides over HDL cholesterol so find those two numbers and make a ratio.... 3 to 1 is good and yours may be better...
This is an important issue Chadd, for as far as I can remember women talking about their hormones....Testosterone in a man's body is essential so he does not fall apart....It can help with sleep, with hair growth, with all kinds of issues....Biden co-sponsored a bill with a Republican woman called the 21st Century Cures Act....I am proud to see y'all taking this initiative, here's to your health boys....Remember, in November, it is men's health month, hope to see y'all wearing your mustaches....Thanks for sharing brother, love y'all
Getting on trt was a life saver for me! I feel like im in my 20s again
Yea but now you’re on it For life , it’s worth it for certain people .
Balls shrivel yo try
Ya’ll are awesome!
You guys have good results. Maintain current life algorithm :)
@@2cthetruth True. If you’re on a diet heavy on healthy cholesterol but don’t eat any processed foods or sugar you will be more than healthy
Bullshit !!!!!!
Brain is 70% of fat !
You guys are hilarious. It's also interesting that cornbread has a deeper voice and higher testosterone.
Great show today😂😂😂
Chadd, repeated ultra-endurance events can lead to endocrine fatigue, including lowered testosterone. You are in the normal range, but keep a close eye on it. Low-T is easily remedied with topical testosterone creams. The optimal range for Total T is 800-1400 for most males. Testosterone will help lower your cholesterol. I also recommend that you find a doctor who specializes in men's health and get your blood tested at least yearly.
@@AlaskanGoldMiner - The creams suck in my opinion. Inconsistent blood levels, messy, and can be absorbed by others.
Be careful with blood clots…there are natural ways to increase test.
Cream is horrible.
Mine were 700 three years ago before going through a stressful event. Since then my levels are in the upper 300's. Doctors all say it's not low but trivializing my symptoms when I try to say 380 isn't optimal. The American healthcare system is horrible
You’re in the High Normal range.
Most men after 40 are around 300 avg.
Free test is where the rubber meets the road though.
Nope not on your head 😂 you will lose hair there .
But make sure to take it with magnesium and K2
Brother, you’re looking fit then when it comes down to it, you’re unstoppable
My t-level was at 137 at the age of 52. Super tired all the time and no motivation. I'm 65 now and give myself t-shots every 10 days. My level hovers around 550. Advice for anybody doing this for survival, try to time it so your blood draw is 5 or 6 days after your last injection or you'll blow numbers off the chart. Cornbread, you must come from a good gene pool. As someone who gets panels every three months for the last 15 years, you're numbers are decent (except A1C).
CB still knockin them females down!!! 😂😂😂😂
There exists a difference between normal versus optimized with regard to testosterone. 55 yo with total of about 500 total. Now using TRT therapy and heading to between 850 and 1000.
Doc Chilli is right about cholesterol
If your triglycerides are good, total cholesterol doesnt matter.
Triglycerides / HDL = a ratio. If that number is under 2 your in good shape. Mine has been outstanding on a carnivore diet of 48/147= .32
@@markwhite6782carnivore is amazing...best thing I ever did
Chad make sure you are using your VA benefits to stay in good health. Thanks for your service
Those numbers are great 👍👌
A sports medicine clinic will line you out correctly unless your PCP isn't mainstream
Bye bye gonads
Low Vit D can make you feel tired and sluggish. I recommend taking an OTC supplement and getting that number up to at least 50. During Covid I was at 13, and that was miserable. Sunlight and a daily supplement will fix this problem quickly.
Corn bread be looking fit. Awesome brother!
CB he does cross his legs lady like! 😂😂😂
ME, CB AND GEN X Are a different breed!
I went last year to be tested …. Came back a week later for results.. Doctor said you know your a diabetic! There ain’t nothing wrong with testosterone
You can overcome that with a proper diet and exercise.
Diabetes is usually caused by diet do your research is a lot of good research out there on diets good luck
@@RedLetterRamboyup low carb, carnivore /ketogenic will reverse insulin resistance
What was your test levels? I know you said nothing wrong but what are the numbers
Huhhh?
Both of your test levels are good for your age and healthy. Optimal testosterone ranges somewhat differ based on who you ask, but basically everyone agrees that you don't want to be below 500 and that levels in the 600-800 range are very healthy. Most urologists and andrologists would consider the optimal range to be 600-1000.
My T was 315, they put me on injections and I got up to 900. Changed my lifestyle and now working on going natural to maintain high levels
@@sammyshreds how did you feel at 315? What improved?
@juststop022 Depressed and lazy. No motivation or drive. Anxious all the time. Now I feel confident, driven, I can handle confrontation and I have goals. T makes a man a MAN.
Chad would never survive enemy interrogation 😂
LOL i dunno man, Seals are pretty good at that. He was just playing possum in this vid.
I got tested about 6 months ago at the age of 60. I was low on testosterone and I now do TRT. Not to be a body building troggledite, but for energy, clarity of thought and all around health. I recommend it as it's helped me.
Do you think God didn't give you enough?
When I was young, yes. I probably had an excess when I was young. Now, not so much. Like I said I'm 61 and getting my levels to a higher, but normal, levels, helps me with work and my recreational activities of high leaking the mountains here in Montana.
Your body’s gonna turn it into estrogen which can lead to heart attacks and strokes. So be careful.
@@njgfpv3696 Stop being anti medicine which actually improves your quality of life. You people are so stuck in the stone age.
Gonna have to change Corn Breads name to Raging Bull.
U ain’t kidding lol.
I find adding a little proviren and primo helps 😁
CB = love machine
Bahahaha
I am surprised the VA hasn’t been doing blood work yearly
5.7 A1c is a good number 😊watch the food. Cornbread 😮
Chad I know this sounds like a high estrogen question but where can I pick up that nice wool shirt jacket you’re wearing at? lol😂. Very nice.
Our food is destroying us
I fasted for 30 days
I am so lean and mean right now for my age🏴☠️
Hello Brother, Ive been on TRT for 4 years since I got testicular cancer and lost one of my boys…
Im gonna just throw this out there…. And take a guess why you might be low in the tank… and im sure you know this also …
Your very lean with a low percentage of body fat..
You exercise regularly like a beast!!!
From what I see you work your ass off in your buisnesses and probally dont get much rest.
For those reasons Im gonna guess your test is ….hmmm between 300-400 …in range in some labs
But who wants to be at the low end… Im 51 and keep mine around 750-800…
And if your havin issues in the performance area… ( as happened to me) I started taking 5 mg ciales every 48-72 hours.. keeps my NAVY SEAL .. ready to dive at any moment😂😂😂😂😂 love your content brother!! Good luck and stay safe
SHTF building at an increasing rate.
I’ve been on TRT for years, I done it to myself using gear early in life
Sugar, carbs, seed oils. I got those close to zero and I'm way better.
Yes indeed, I'm trying to eat like I am imagining my existence was 5000 years ago: eggs meat unsalted butter avocado bananas yams honey. Only whole food good strong coffee n water blueberrys kimchi and apple cider vinegar
Also Celtic salt n Himalayan salt
He’s right on with the beard growth and hair thinning is a sign of high testosterone! So don’t feel bad if you can’t afford hair treatments in Turkey. It’s crazy expensive! 🤙
Hey man real talk, last year at 40 I got my blood work done and had low testosterone around 170. I didn't want to do trt so I looked for something more natural. I landed on Tongkat Ali and Fadogia Agrestis and 3 months later for a follow up my testosterone came back up to 240. Still on the low side but in the normal range for me and I will be going for another follow up to see if it's improved some more. I hope this helps someone else out there.
Where did you get that awsome wool shirt?!?!?!
3 of 7 hi from Canada❤
There is a generational decrease in testosterone that correlates with the increase in ultra-processed food in the diets of growing boys
5000iu vitamin D with 100mcg K2 got me a good level of 50
Cracks me up you having all that ink and afraid of a single needle poke. My mom saw the same thing as a nurse, completely inked up patients afraid of an injection.😂
Lol! So true!
Everybody talks the same in Georgia. I'd like to set in on a grade school class working on pronouncing the ABC's.😅 Good night son!!!
Funny as heck! 😂😂😂
Oh, I’m definitely doing this
you boys are good. I was sitting at 158.. now I'm at 1100
There’s a reason the American Heart Association and heart centers at major hospitals recommend limiting saturated fat to 6-10% or less of total calories. It’s all fun and games until you’re old and having to schedule bypass surgery. Bypass surgery is rough on old folks - I’ve seen it firsthand. These testosterone centers have big profit margins and love having lifelong clients. It’s a great annuity stream for them.
The medical industry is the last place you want to tell you what to do with your health...they make money off sick people, not healthy ones.
Lmmfao this is crazy as all Dez Nutz!
I was 214 at 27 years old. I worked out 5 days a week, ate great, muscular and lean but still low test. After being on trt I'm good to go but it sucks to have to keep up with it.
Had a feeling CB was off the charts 😅
well I guess you guys have to invest in some candles and some Barry White!❤❤❤
People with high T know Earth is not a spinning basketball careening through the void of space. We live on a stationary plane of unknown dimensions.
