PLUTUS: The new terms & conditions are downright scary

In this video, I examine the changes to the terms and conditions associated with use of a Plutus account. The company has been dogged with criticism over the last year and the project now appears moribund. Plutus have hit upon the idea of imposing draconian terms on customers in order to keep them in line and using the platform "productively". Of course, i think this latest move smacks of desperation and will end in shipwreck.

It sure seems like desperation on their part. i can't think why else they would roll out conditions like this. They must really need to stop withdrawals. It does not look good if you ask me.

Either desperation or they need to sort something as a condition to attract investors. I will make another video soon on some recent tidbits of info to emerge from an AMA.

I got out just after the the WP was released. I did make the mistake of upping my tier before the DA. Anyway.. have you heard the latest? Plutus Swaps is back! Just 50% fee ... YES REALLY! 50% in charges!

if you’d bought your PLU stack at last years prices, you’d need to 3-4x it just to break even! yet they say any selling before you 2x is verboten. desperate stuff

I agree. Thinking about this in PLU terms when the PLU price is in free-fall makes no sense. People have lost, not made a ton of money. I really think that the company realizes the game is nearly up and are consequently doubling down on efforts to keep people locked into the ecosystem.

@@thecryptostrategist2433 It is the end if Q3 and in the AMA they did mention the VCs. I thought that was odd. So I am guessing they are not happy. I am thinking that the VCs want some return.
