The DC I like what he did in Detroit with all those injuries ; but remains to be seen how effective his “violent “ philosophy will work with the roster at present. Also like the RB hire and management: operations hire from Rams. It can only get better with this staff of much experience but to rate an A right now is waiting on the final results. But I give it a solid B.

Okay so do we think Tom Brady developed himself because everytime he won a Super Bowl in New England Josh was on the staff and we all know the defense won some of them super bowls but guess who was the defensive assistant then too but back to offense Tom Brady is the goat and Josh had a hand in developing him too
