Learning the plays will be east. The WCO has far more complicated terminology. WCO example Spider 2 Y Bannana EP example Hoss Y Juke. The play is mirrored seem and hitch routes with the Y running a juke route. The play call can be further simplified by using one word, Juke Juke Juke. I initially was against Josh McDaniels becoming the OC because the terminology and philosophy were different. I learned there are many similarities, foremost being left foot forward. So all the work Maye did to improve his footwork won't be wasted.
Drake Maye is lightning in a bottle with a tendency towards boneheaded decisions a few times a game. Having stability at the coaching positions is exactly what a player like that needs to help reign in the bad decisions and maximize the good. 100% a good hiring season so far when it comes to Maye's development -- provided this all stays in place moving into Maye's year 3.

Take out Jets, Jags, Browns, Titans at home and act like they didn't happen. Act as it was a 13 game season. They scored 19.2 ppg. Good for 26th best in the league that year. Mac stats was be 12 TDs to 13 ints in those other 13 games Sounds familiar ? Sounds to me like the Patricia, Bill O'Brien season.
