This guy's pretty cool! I would actually like if they released some 7 inch versions of these figures. Or maybe just re-release the originals (though that would never happen).
The only Luke Jedi knight I ever had is the S.H. Figuarts. My Parents could never find Luke anywhere. I never had a Biker scout either, and I really wanted one too. Now, I got the black series Biker scout w/ bike on sale, and i still haven't opened it. That Giant Luke is nuts.
My figure was yoda. I took him on holiday to Florida from England in a Soapbox. He was the blue eyed version. They later came out with a black eyed version which wasn't as good.
By the way just opened my MP36 for the first time tonight. Wow! It's perfect. I finally have the megatron I've always wanted.

Your love for Luke Jedi Knight is really impressive. The closest things for me are some of the Toy Biz X-Men figures from the early 90's. I just don't know if I could drop $80 on a huge ass version of Cyclops when I've got 50 Mezco pre-orders to pay for though. knerdout!
You're right...I think those Jumbo things are surreal! That sounds like my Grandma to have something socked away in a drawer like that. I've got some vintage Luke Jedi's on my channel.
lol my first toy memory was in 2014 😂 i saw an ad in a comic for black series and was curious so looked it up on youtube and that's how i got into collecting, so i guess that ad totally worked on me 🤷🏼♂️haha

Man, I'd totally get these if it wasn't for the sheer space they'd take up. I guess I'd get a Fett if I could for a one off, but it seems those are well past gone.
Well you're going to flip your shit when Hot Toys puts Luke Jedi up for pre-order. Ever since I was a kid, definitely my favorite look for Luke. I just hope Hot Toys doesn't skimp out and not give us the vest and cloak (which is my preferred look).

The amount of "that's what she said" Jokes you can make at the start of this review is.... Giant. but I'll be Gentle.
Anyhow, I think I wanna get the Gentle Giant IG-88, not because I have any connection to him but because I just love his design. hes on my bucket list.
Speaking of waiting an eternity, I remember when I was little, the toy I wanted the most out of any other was an Armada Sideways, because he was my favorite character in the show and turned into a motorcycle. but by the time I watched Armada the shelves were replaced with Energon toys. I quite clearly remember buying non-transformers transforming Bike robos thinking they were Sideways. I had this Police Bike(and I probably still have him somewhere) that turned into this really terrible looking robot with almost zero articulation and awful proportions.
then I found out you could order stuff online, and of course, in my stupidity I paid something like 40 bucks for a Sideways on Amazon, then shipping was a bitch because Amazon doesn't ship to Israel, and we had to use a proxy company which basically made the whole thing cost around 80 dollars, and as a side effect, also take 2 friggin months just to get to us. I remember at some point waiting outside our house every morning waiting for a delivery man to finally get there, until he eventually did. I was pretty thrilled even though 8 year old me didn't even know you could extend his legs so he was just this short midget of a transformer.
It's not that much different now either, sometimes I wait a month or two for stuff to get here just so I won't get buttraped by shipping. we also never ordered from Amazon again because fuck proxy companies.

No! I'll go check them out. They are very cool and could see them becoming very addictive.
