Should the brake reservoir cap be parallel with the ground?

It does come down to personal preference, on brake and throttle position. for comfort and leverage we recommend that the lever doesn't go higher than the handlebar itself. reservoir can be at almost any angle.

So is negative 0.5 rolled forward or backwards?
