Do light shoes REALLY help for dunking? It's a brain thing if anything. Yes even a small amount of weight can make a difference but once you get used to it it's about the same. Jordan played in heavy ass shoes and look at him.
Hey Isaiah I don’t know if you know what’s happening but I really fucked my knee, I really don’t want to pay to go to the doctor and I can’t find anywhere of what it is, but whenever I go into a squat or lift my knee it burns bad, and if I crack my knee which happens a lot it is extremely painful, hopefully you know what’s up, thanks.
