I've been consistently getting Helios instead of Mimir, and I'm almost starting to not like him. He acts like such a condescending little prick sometimes, and I don't value his input at all. It seriously feels like God of War 2018 with Kratos saying "If I want your opinion, Head... I will ask for it." and I personally would prefer our favorite father figure to Atreus than some douche that we killed in Greece.

The titans were gods as well. They were the second generation of gods to be exact with the Olympian’s being the third. They actually held god titles as well with atlas being the god of strength, cronos being the god of time etc. the giants in Norse were all big. That was just the name of their race.

The Hecatoncheires ("Hundred-handed Ones" often translated as Hundred-handed Giants) are just about the strongest things in Greek mythology, instantly ending the dead-locked Titanomachy once they came unto the scene, but they have a completely different origin from the Gigantes. There's also Typhon, who is arguably the single most powerful entity in Greek myth & is sometimes called a giant, but he's kind his own thing (He's the hate-child of Gaia (Earth/Mother Nature) & Tartarus (Hell (before someone asks, not Hades is not hell it's just the afterlife)), conceived specifically to kill the Olympians, Zeus in particular.

his reaction to the minotaur was a good one in my opinion. also i love the fact that the majority of the enemies don't have a way to defeat them its just be careful, avoid, dont get caught. unlike the other monsters where they tell you what to do.

I'd like so see Athena come back, as she's the only Greek god that didn't get completely killed off. What better way to close out the new trilogy than with a final confrontation between the unretired God Of War and the Greek Goddess Of War from his past.

I like how in the first two games it’s always Mimir and Atreus teaching Kratos about the new areas and the monsters they fight, but now it’s Kratos teaching Mimir about the monsters and lands from his home, very nice way of showing how much their friendship has grown
Imagine they brought back one of the actual bosses like Cronos or the Furies. If nothing else, at least as a memorial statue where Kratos could reflect on all the gods and titans he's killed.
And actually put up a damn fight, like the last boss being soupped up young kratos screamin "YOU SHALL DIE WITH THE REST" and attacking you while in the throne room

He also broke Valhalla when he stuck Helios' head into a cage to be barbeque'd and it turned back into Mimir, prompting Kratos to wrench the cage open to stop Mimir from becoming a fried head. Sigrun had to enter Valhalla to save the two of them, resulting in severe burns to herself and causing her to re-evaluate what she wants to do and who she wants to be, leading to her leaving the Valkyries at least temporarily. (Yes I know they call themselves Shield Maidens now, in an effort to distance themselves from Odin's legacy. I'm calling them Valkyries because I'm lazy.)
Way worse because if you get hit by one of their attacks with a red glow (not like a red ring, but the entire attack having a red glow in it's animation) they get both: An elemental shield And a SIPHON bar, which heals the enemy and drains your rage when the siphon bar fully depletes, but if you take out the shield in time (which good luck if the enemy siphoning you is a harpy since those f√ckers LOVE dodging) the bar will also go away.
Yeah, it was a free full on DLC they added to the game that pushes the story forward while digging more into Kratos's backstory and accepting all he has done. It has some well done rouge like elements that are well implemented as well that makes it super replayable.
There none as harpies they survived the destruction of Greece and must've remained while some could've also followed kratos to yggdrasil so expect we might see more of those birds
Mimir in GoW is apparently actually from the celtic lands, he mentions Kelpies being from his homeland and Kelpies are a celtic fey monster. Sooo, no Sigrun would be perfcetly okay hearing that... now the Morrigan... then you want to be afraid... she's as vindictive and horny as an olimpian and has a habit of falling for strong mortal heroes... Kratos... you may have a yandere in your future cause you're JUST her type... sure you're a god *now* but you started mortal... and Morrigan likey them strong mortal heroes. Just ask Cú who's basically celtic Hercuels, except ten times more metal, and with a proper "berserk" mode which honestly im not sure why Berserk was what we settled on when Berserkers were never bloodlusted and blind on the battlefield... meanwhile Cú in his warpspasm is EXPLICITLY stated to be unable to distinguish between friend and foe

Well, technically Norse Giants were giant Joutun, were just *not* giants But you do realize the ENTIRETY of the nine realms minus Muspelhiem and nifflheim you traverse in GoW is made from Yimir's CORPSE? I'm pretty sure... that makes him multiple times BIGGER than even Gaia from Kratos's homeland who was pretty fing big... but she wasn't *yeah im multiple planets worth of mass* big.

Kratos did mention Gorgons in the base game, Mimir would panic in that he might turn into a boulder if he catches wind of one
