i dont see the issue with this item since ranged toplaners exist melee champions using hydra in waves and going full hp riot just needs to update some weak jauggernauts thats left talking about sett and urgot
The problem with this item is that supports build it more often than toplaners ( leagueofitems.com/items/3083 ) and they get too much value out of it. Reverse 14.10 changes, remove move speed and done.
just remove the movement speed since thats whats good on support
Either nerf the movement speed or make it that only hp from items count. They wont be able to hit the threshold with 1 item that way
