Thank you for reacting to Stray Kids, not only they can rap, dance and sing, but they produce their own music (not common in Kpop). 8 talented individuals who can all sing, rap, dance. I highly recommend them, and would love to see you react to more Stray Kids. I am 57 btw, they have a huge “older” community of followers. I recommend S Class next.
It's always fun seeing people getting into Stray Kids for the first time. They hold a very weird power, a lot of people who hate kpop (including me) actually like Stray Kids a lot.
Yikes, same here. I enjoy BIGBANG and Stray Kids. BIGBANG brought music back in my life which led me to Stray Kids. King Varcity sounds like my son, used to western music but still open enough to give them a try. To make me happy my son is actually going with me and my daughter to Stray Kids concert in NY this June, hopefully seeing them live opens his musical taste and understands why people love them so much. Son - “Mom, I’m not into groups like this, too poppy for me”. Lol if he only knew how insanely good these kids are.
Hey! 50 year-old diehard STAY (stray kids fan) here. You seem to have a LOT of pre/misconceptions going into this😂. I highly recommend going down the rabbit hole. They are 8 extremely talented, hard-working individuals who make their own music. They can all sing, dance, and rap. While still only in their mid twenties, They've already produced over 200 songs using musical styles from 40ish different genres. They deserve respect whether you like their sound/looks/fits or not❤. Do teenagers like them? Hell, yes, they do! Along with people from every other demographic! I know my ass can't WAIT to get down at their concert in Atlanta next June😂.
37 here and going to Frankfurt. Wish i could go to all EU concerts but i can't take that much time off from work 😅 Idk how peeps think this is for teens when they're going through OUR teens with the Beastie Boys sound.
Stray kids is a 8 member boy band focused in South Korea formed in 2017 with the members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N. Other song recommendations that are good are Lalalala, Chk Chk Boom, JJAM, Sclass, Gods Menu(have the most views on TH-cam).. etc
They are NOTHING like BTS!!! These boys have just become THE first ACT in history to get 6 consecutive albums at #1 on the Billboard200 knocking DMX off The throne 😍
Straykids have fans ranging from the so called teenyboppers to people older than me and lm in my 60’s and are presently on a sold out World Stadium tour including the US where they had to schedule extra shows In fact they were last year only second in album sales to Taylor Swift on the Billboard 200 and just recently broke another record becoming the first group ever to debut 6 consecutive albums on those charts at no 1
8:35 Ohhh reeaaallyyy? Well i'm 40 ...and they're music brought me to life again. They're music is so powerful, uplifting, genius and contagious that only if you have to many preconception boundaries cannot enjoy . Obviously you are so free to chose base on your own taste, but i recommend to see more before jumping into conclusion. In the meantime, i thank you for your reaction!
Stray kids has a crazy long discography, venom, easy, god's menu, Hall of fame, item, collision, double knot, Superbowl, back door, s class, the tortoise and the hare, 3racha , taste, wow, all in , ssick, the list goes on they are multi genre and produce write and compose all their music
As some have said, Stray Kids (SKZ), is a South Korean boy group with 8 members. They have a discography with over 250 songs, and over 65 genres. They all sing, rap, and dance, and very well at that. What sets SKZ apart from most of the rest of the KPOP artists is that they write and produce 98% of their own music. They are incredibly talented! Songs you should check out fir more rap: -3Racha (a subunit song w/3 members) -Muddy Water (subunit song w/4 members) -Maze of Memories -The Tortoise and the Hare (highly experimental) -ZONE (3 member subunit song) -TOPLINE -Easy -SSICK -COMFLEX -DOMINO -Double Knot -DOODLE (solo song) -Bounce Back -Ultra (solo song) Also, the collab Changbin (one of the main rappers) did with Milli (female Thai rapper) and F.Hero (male Thai rapper) called Mirror Mirror is a great song with some awesome rapping. Hope you check out some more songs from our Homeless Children 😆
Stay Kidz are 🔥🔥 Please check out Venom, Mega verse, Lalalala, Top Line, S Class. They have so many different flows and styles. You won't be disappointed.
30 year old Stray Kids fan here their music is very much not Bts coded no shade. Stray Kids music is a sound and genre of its own; They were credited for creating the genre mala taste in 2021 (hot and spicey). A lot of us are not Kpop fans just Stray Kids fans lol This song is so good but I can't lie I also love the other versions of walking on water highly experimental and just very Stray Kids.
As soon as I hear a reactor mention the age of SKZ fans I immediately have to go to the comments 😀 YT is where we see how diverse Stays really are and I just knew noona Stays would be out in force here ♥
I guess I'm a 45 year old teeny bopper. I'll take it, even if its a wrong assumption about Stray Kids music. They have about 200 songs from a varying mix of genres. I have yet to hear one I hate. If you want a hood banger, try 'Bounce Back' off this latest album or songs like 'Top Line" or "Muddy Water". Thanks for giving them a try.
As far as fashion goes, they do represents some brands.Felix the deep voice one is a house ambassador for Louis Vuitton and Hyunjin with the red Supreme beanie is a global ambassador for Versace
They produce, compose and write lyrics to 99% of all their songs!!! Fell down this rabbit hole and have never returned. Recommend God's Menu, Easy, Domino, Double Knot.
Hi! I would love to see more Stray Kid reactions from you. I like that you did your best to try smth new and you actually kinda liked it. I'm an OVER 65 fan and can't believe how much I love their music and their talent. Not to mention all the guys are sweethearts. I'll be bopping at the Chicago concert 2025!!
Thank you for giving Stray Kids a shot. I'm not personally a fan of K-Pop groups, but Stray Kids caught my attention! And I'm FAR from a teeny bopper! They have an incredibly diverse discography. Whatever genre of music you enjoy, they most likey have a song to match! Lots of good suggestions of songs to listen to, but I would definitely recommend Topline, God's Menu, Chk Chk Boom, and Bounce Back. And if you can find the "HIP" version of Walkin on Water... I think that it's even better than this version!
I have to comment on the whole 'boy band' thing. I have never really been into boy bands either but I feel like you can't classify Stray Kids as a 'boy band'. They aren't like N*Sync or Backstreet Boys and they really aren't even like any other K-Pop group. It's sort of like if you took the best parts of all genres of group-made music including the best rock, pop, rap, and lyrical groups in music history and smashed them together. They don't fit any particular mold and they even produce and write the majority of their music so they are incredibly unique. All eight members can do it all and do it with talent and flair. I highly recommend exploring more of their stuff because 1) their discography is insanely varied and 2) their MVs are an experience! Even the other tracks on this album have amazing MVs! They still have two more of them that haven't even dropped yet!
If you want to here bars you have to check out, Topline, I got it (Han of stray kids), Item, 3racha, Muddy Waters, the tortoise in the hare. You want R&B try Taste, Red Lights, and hallucination (I.N of stray kids)
A lot of people gave stats for the guys already but thank you for reacting honesty. I really hope you try some other stuff from them Easy, Megaverse, Bounce Back, Gods Menu, Muddy Water they have so many amazing songs. There are only maybe a couple out of 200+ that i will skip by and that is just usually because i am not in that kind of mood. In Gods Menu they say they have something for everyone on the menu and I truly believe that everyone can find at least one SKZ song to love with their variety of genres
Oh btw, you might also like Chk Chk boom with has Marvel guests. They’re from Korea and these types of groups have members that were trainees at a label before being chosen to be in a group. The leader of this group chose all of the members himself which is not typical in the Kpop industry.Stray Kids produce their own music, most of it, and that isn’t typical in Kpop either. Kpop is a general term and is an umbrella term because they also do r&b, rap, and other genres
Thank you for your reaction.. Since you said that you were not familiar with this type of music, K-Pop [Korean Popular music] is an Industry, a big one these days.. with many groups that rock different styles/types of music. I am glad you are willing to take another chance on the kids and are not totally closed minded 'just because' they are a 'boy band'. This is a genre that was new to them - the west coast/Detroit boom-bap style that they wanted to try out.. I think they nailed it and would certainly drive around with my windows down... blasted this into the neighborhood. Heck, I might even do some rexing [roller skating] to this, like back in the day. 🖖🏽😁
If you notice in the Walkin' on Water video.....in some scenes they were dancing on an outdoor basketball court with a basketball goal behind them. That may be an Easter egg. (As most STAYs know, SKZ love to hide all sorts of Easter eggs in their M/Vs.) Just after the WoW M/V was posted, the official Stray Kids I-G account posted a reference to an upcoming NBA tournament and tagged the official NBA I-G account. In the post, there was a pic of a basketball court with the logo for the HOP album (
48yo STAY here who has been to one of their concerts 2 years ago and they are one of the best acts I've seen on stage since the late 80's early 90's. Their fan base is huge and ages range from 5 to 90yo, as I witnessed by my own eyes. For reference, I saw XG in concert too, they are not nearly as polished for live shows. As for 'do they just grow them out in China', yeah that was not a cool thing to say, my dude. Of the eight members, two of them are from Sydney, Australia. Christopher Chan Bhang (the leader, he was the one in a white fur coat on a horse) and Felix (the deep voice). All eight members have copywrite songs in their own names, but the sub-unit that goes by 3Racha writes and produces all of their music. Stray Kids debuted in 2018 originally with 9 members but one left less than a year later for "personal reasons". Since then as an 8 member group they have released 26 albums not including one off singles that members will make. The fact that they copywrite their own music instead of their label has given them an unprecedented amount of creative freedom in the Korean Music industry. They had a seven year contract and they just renegotiated and renewed the contract for another seven and are currently on a world tour that is selling out stadiums on at least four continents. iDays Milan, BTS festival in London, and Lollapalooza in Chicago had between 45k to 50k crowds show up. So if they aren't your thing, that's cool. One less person we have to fight with to get tickets.
Stray kids have a large discography. They write and produce their own songs and have a creative mix of varied genres within even a single song. Check out some of their other songs. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
They're good. I was never into k pop too. They got me hooked for more than 3 years now. Every song has its own style and color. I recommend "lalalala" as a start. They have like 150+ songs so it's a rabbit hole lol. They have a lot of solos too, start with: "Got it" by han "Ultra" by changbin We'll go from there 😅
They never bad. This is the first album they released based on a certain genre, Old school Hip hop. Normally they like to play with music, mixing different genres to make masterpieces. I defenetely think u should watch them again, Gods menu (their most popular ) Chk chk boom Venom Maniac S class La la la la la Distric 9 Side effect Charmer (theres no mv but there are colour coded lyrics videos) Social path Megaverse Mountains
Stray kids are K-pop... there are hundreds of K-pop groups out there, female and male. They work under companies that train them for years to get to the level they are at. I think you could enjoy LaLaLaLa and Chk chk boom, maybe check those songs out. Thanks for the reaction.
Thanks for reacting to Stray Kids. They are an incredibly talented and versatile, award-winning Korean group that writes and produces all of their own music. I recommend S-Class, Chk-Chk Boom, Freeze, God’s Menu, La La La La, Red Lights, Venom, and Back Door. I also recommend Hyunjin’s dance cover of Motley Crue. Their fans, known as “Stays”, span all age groups and nationalities. I found your channel while watching first time reactions to Stray Kids videos. I hope that you explore more of their videos and/or dance practices 👍🏾
This was a new sound for them. They pretty much tick a lot of boxes genre wise. 55 here. They produce write their own music and several play guitar, piano or both. Boyband on the surface but really they are more than that
Los de 50 somos de la generacion de oro por eso soy fans de éstos niños trabajan muy duro y ellos hacen todo y producen me quito el sombrero ante ellos mucho éxitos niños callejeros ❤❤👏🏻👏🏻🇺🇾
Stray Kids found me in fall of 2022 and I have been in love ever since. I saw them live in March of 2023 and will see them again live on two stops of their tour in 2025. There is no one like them and no one better !
Its usually done by audition to join the labels in korea and they will spend time as trainees learning dance classes, rap classes, vocal classes, language classes, and even media /interview training. After debut with their groups then its performing and recording albums afte building their fan base and selling records.
People of all different ages enjoy Stray Kids lol and they were trying something new with this song, they do a lot of beat switches actually. Before I recommend songs of what they usually sound more like, I do recommend "Bounce Back" which was on the same album this song is in! It doesn't have an mv but you can find lyric videos and they really went after their haters. Now for the more Stray Kids sound songs I recommend are S-Class, Thunderous, God's Menu, Chk Chk Boom, Super Bowl, ITEM(this one doesn't have an mv but then again you can find lyrics videos)
I was a teen at the time of BSB, so I am over 40, and loved it but then went the way of hard rock/metal. Then found Stray Kids over 2 years ago and these boys are talented. They actually just became the first act in history to get #1 on BB200 6 consecutive charting albums. These boys are in control producing and writing their own music since debut. They can all sing, rap and dance. Never been on your channel so not sure most of what you are into but Ill give a few recommendations... God's Menu, Topline, 3Racha, Easy More ballad feel Cover Me (no mv but can do lyric video), Neverending Story And tis the Season so Christmas Evel 🎄
They write and produce all their songs. Thank you for the reaction. I would like to see you try a couple more songs: Heyday 3Racha Megaverse Thunderous
I'm gonna be patient with some of the comments that were made, because its very obvious that you're trying your best with what you know haha. I won't repeat everything the previous comments made, but I will say that once you start, this is a rabbit hole that almost no one can resist. And I say this as someone who has been there, its not just little kids that listen to them, and actually the average age of their fanbase tends to be older. They do just about every genre, and they're 99% self-produced group out of South Korea.
I’m a Straykids fan but for short it’s Skz and if ur a fan ur a STAY they have solos in this album all of them with their own solo and new mv’s this week
😂 they have multiple companies that train and form groups. It's a bit enterprise. HOWEVER, our boys here were self formed and self produced, self written, always have been. ❤️🔥 Topline!!! Megaverse God's Menu Thunderous Back Door Ooooh, you will love 3Racha! They're the sub unit that are their producers and they were an underground rap group before they debuted.
I think Bounce Back and Muddy Water by them would probably be more your thing. They actually starter from 3Racha which is a trio of hip hop/rap producers, which then became stray kids with the addition of the other members. So they have many rap/hip hop focused tracks, more so than Walkin on Water.
This song is the title track of a special album they released which only has 3 group songs and 8 solos (one per member). All the group songs are hip hop. I recommend bounce back which doesn't have an mv but there are unofficial lyric videos etc. They write and produce their own songs, especially 3 of them (that sub unit is called 3racha and they have songs with only them on from earlier years, those are more rap/hip hop focused). All the members can sing, rap and dance but each have their preferences. Still, they are always working to improve their skills and the base across the board for them is a 10, they trained for a long time before debuting as an official group and to answer your question, the trainee system is what's different about kpop. Actually, Hyunjin (the guy on screen when you mentioned this with the red binnie) had 0 skills before becomning a trainee, he was asked to come audition because of his beauty and trained for over 2 years, now he is one of the best dancers in kpop, a very good rapper and has an amazing singing voice. They do all genres of music, so definetely check out more stray kids songs.
Lol. The boys are from South Korea, not China. STRAY KIDS is 4th Gen, debuted in 2017. 2023 saw the roll out of 5th Gen. There have literally been hundreds of groups since the start of 1st Gen. Then we have K Rap, K Rock, K Hip Hop. Not to mention soloists. I personally have discovered over 100 groups in various forms and I've only just scraped the top. South Korea is a treasure trove of talent.
I think every Asian country has their own pop music. Stray Kids and BTS are kpop groups. There is also t pop, p pop, c pop, j pop, K POP... The letter before pop tells you which country pop music are you listening to. SKZ are a very non typical kpop group. KPOP or - pop is usually used as a name for the industry as kpop has many genres in it. Like SKZ have in their discography 50+ genres. And they self make songs from start to final arrangements.
There is lot of people of high age who loves their songs, they draw lot of people who has hard times, are lonely, suffer depressions etc, many their songs (more those older ones) are about mental health, being yourself plus we are drawn by their energy. we also love their kind and loving personalities. Plus, as rap heavy group, they have rap fans of all age and yes i blast them with open windows. Yes they are kpop and they are young, but they are nothing like any other group, they write their our songs and they love to experiment, no song is same as other. (please, try dont be too judgemental in future, no matter what group). Thanks for reaction
In K-pop, artists train for longs years going to school at the same time for the chance to be selected to be part of a group. They start they day really early and end it sometimes at midnight or even after. They have rap lessons, dance lessons, singing lessons, montly tests and also diets. They have to follows a long set of rules to a T and can be send back home at any moment. I liked your reactions but I'd love if you could have a bit more respect for the artists who made it this far. here are some reccomendation if you are interrested : You can try : With MVs : Christmas EveL, Case 143, LALALALA, Cheese, Freeze, the sound, Time's out, Question, Astronaut, Topline, Easy, SuperBoard, get lit, Circus, All in, Maknae on top, up on night and so much more. without MVs you have : Awaken, Rock, Hall of fame, Item, Domino, COMFLEX, blind spot, If you prefer more melodic and less "noisy" songs try : Cover me, Chill, Collision, Can't stop, Limbo, Stars and raindrops, Leave, FNF, Streetlight, Youtiful, Leave, and more And if rap is what you're into try : Heyday (3racha), 3RACHA, We go, Any, Muddy water, and so much more !
If you want more info : Stray kids are a self produced group (Which is rare in K-pop ) Changbin, Han and BangChan are known under the 3racha name. They produce and make lyrics for almost 99% of all the songs of the group. BangChan (the leader) has more than 140 credited songs (and has train for 7 long years), Changbin and Han have almost the same count around 150 and 160 songs. But as of today, all members are starting to make their own songs.
If you want to discover them they have a song called "FAM" where they describe each other. It's rly good and it's footage of them on stage.
They are 8 members and have a unique fact about them : they don't have roles because they are multi talented. (In k-pop, a group is divided in roles : vocals : the ones singing, rap line : the one rapping and dance line : the ones dancing. It implies that if they are one they aren't good at the other twos) They were also all recruited by BangChan (unique way of creating a group. In K-pop it's the agency who decides which member will form a group based on the concept of the group.)
If you like their songs, they have a big big catalog and they use a lot of music styles. They also have a lot of content on youtube like behind the stage / MV or lives and a lot of covers; ect. If the dance part interests you, they have dance practices there too ! You could check the one for "Domino","Easy" and a lot more !
I hope you will be discovering stray kids and it will be fun.
4:17 basically 😅 some have been training since elementary school, most start training as teens but yeah. 4:41 they got songs for us 30+ folk lmao remember they are still grown adults i would suggest redlights, hallucinations, and railways 😏
@KingVarcity23 That's going to be exciting since they have diverse genres and even love to mix it up in one song! For example, S-Class has so much genres mixed up which could be disorienting. Their most influential song was God's Menu. Tho their more recent flagship songs are Chkchkboom and Jjam which theyve performed for BBMA
Stray kids are really talented and they are the best 4th gen group they make and produces there own songs all the members can sing rap dance they are very talented you should check out more songs skz never disappoint they always gives us bangers❤❤❤❤❤
------------------------------------------ About Stray Kids (aka SKZ): ------------------------------------------ Leader Bang Chan flew from Australia to Korea when he was young teenager and trained at JYPE for several years. While waiting to debut, he formed a rap group called 3Racha w/ two other trainees, Changbin and Han. They wrote/produced their own music. JYP gave Bang Chan the unusual opportunity to help develop his own group (which they did through a survival show, but Bang Chan pretty much got to hand-pick his own members - again, HIGHLY unusual). When Stray Kids was formed, 3Racha was absorbed into that group. 3Racha writes/produces (and often composes/arranges) the vast majority of the music for Stray Kids. Over time the other members have also gotten involved in writing/production. 3Racha also still writes for themselves/performs on occasion. Several of their songs/videos are on TH-cam. ---------------------------------- Stray Kids debuted in 2018. In early videos, you'll see 9 people performing, but one left in Oct 2019. SKZ have been an 8-member group ever since. ---------------------------------- DanceRacha (unofficial sub-unit) - main dancers (Lee Know, Hyunjin and Felix (deep-voiced guy). But all 8 members are very good dancers. ---------------------------------- VocalRacha (unofficial sub-unit) - main vocalists (Seungmin & I.N). But all 8 members are great singers and switch around on lead vocals, depending on the song. ---------------------------------- Main rappers - Changbin, Han, Hyunjin & Felix. However unlike many K-pop groups, all 8 members can rap/have rapped, depending on the song. ---------------------------------- Languages: Bang Chan (the leader) and Felix (deep-voiced guy) are both Korean-Australian. English is their first language. The other 6 members speak English with varying degrees of fluency. They're all fluent in Korean and also sing/rap in Japanese. They often mix Korean/English and Japanese/English in their songs. ---------------------------------- Not all of their music goes hard all the time. SKZ also write/sing beautiful ballads, and some of their songs have been on K-drama, J-drama, anime, video game & movie soundtracks. They also collab with and/or write and produce for other idol groups and solo artists from Korea, Japan, China, Thailand and the U.S. ---------------------------------- Fandom name: STAY ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MEMBERS 3Racha (Stray Kids' writing/production unit): Bang Chan - leader of Stray Kids & 3Racha, main songwriter/producer/composer/arranger, vocalist, dancer, rapper on some songs Changbin - main songwriter/producer, main rapper, composer, vocalist, dancer Han - main songwriter/producer, main rapper, composer, vocalist, dancer ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The other members: Lee Know - main dancer, choreographer for some songs, vocalist, songwriter, rapper on some songs Hyunjin - main dancer/main rapper, songwriter, producer, vocalist (also an artist & some of his paintings have been used in some of the videos) Felix - main dancer/ main rapper, songwriter, large vocal range when singing: bass---->baritone--->tenor--->falsetto Seungmin - main vocalist, songwriter, dancer, rapper on some songs I.N - main vocalist, songwriter, dancer, rapper on some songs
I wonder what makes people think only teens like Kpop... Is it cause the artists are pretty or something? Cause it isn't like all Kpop groups sound alike. I'm pretty sure that's it... The guys are good looking and there are multiple, so people assume teens obsess like with the boy bands back in the day. 36 year old Stray Kids fan here and it's all about the multiple genres they do for me.
There are 8 members. Pretty much all 8 of them can dance, sing, and rap. They’ve debuted in 2018 and the leader, Bang Chan had been a trainee with JYP for 7 years so he tried something different and had Chan choose who the members would be. They’ve had a show about it called Stray Kids (named after them). There is a main rap line: changbin, Han, Hyunjin, and Felix. The main vocal line is Seungmin, I.N, Lee Know, and Bang Chan. Changbin and Han those 2 with the leader, Bang Chan, make up the production and main songwriting sub unit called 3Ratcha. Since they do their own writing and producing, their songs often combine or even sometimes defy genres. The main 3 dancers (Dance Ratcha) are Lee Know, Hyunjin, and Felix. The Vocal Racha sub unit is Seungmin and I.N. But there are songs where all 8 of them sings too Their name “Stray Kids” comes from how they are not following the path laid out by others but finding their own way and inviting all their fans, who may feel like they are also kind of their own wandering path, to join them. They often say if you take the r from Stray Kids you have the reason for why they keep going, and you have Stay which is what their fan base is called. At the end of their mvs they have another saying: Stray Kids everywhere all around the world. You make Stray Kids Stay. This is part of that and that together all of us Stray Kids have found a place together to Stay. I love watching people react to Stray Kids for the first time! I’m a 90s kid from Southern California. This is giving me a bit of nostalgia because so many elements are from that vibe and time but made in a SKZ way! Sea walking or C-walking comes from Crip walking which was big in SoCal especially LA and Compton based rap/hiphop.
They debuted in 2018 They are ages 23 - 27 Fandom name is Stay #2 Best Selling Artist in U.S 2023 #3 Globally Best Selling 2023 They are unique for several reasons... First, the leader Bang Chan was allowed by JYP to hand pick all of the members himself. They were not placed together in a traditional way, by the company. Second all of them are all arounders. They can all sing, rap, dance, produce and write. Third, they have written and produced about 99% of their music. Numbers of songs each member has copyrighted according to Korean Music Association (KOMCA) so far... Bang Chan 200 Changbin 172 Han 164 Hyunjin 27 Felix 23 I.N 21 Seungmin 20 Lee Know 17 While they can all do everything they do have 3 different subunits... 3Racha... Bang Chan, Chang Bin and Han which are the main producers and lyricists. They are always credited as 3Racha. 3Racha Achievements - Producers of Consecutive Five Time Billboard 200 #1 album debuts - only group in history - Hot 100 Hitmakers - 3rd, 9th, 11th Most Credited Idols on KOMCA - Produced Albums Sold Over 20 Million Copies - Japan Hot 100 Hitmakers - 100+ Weeks on Hot 100 Lyricists - 100+ Weeks On Hot 100 Composers - 2023 Asia Artist Awards Best Creator - Makers of Time Magazines 2020 #8 Best Song (their song Backdoor) Danceracha... Lee Know (in charge of leading dance practices), Felix and Hyunjin. They also contribute to the choreography. Vocalracha... Seungmin and I.N While the songs are hype they always have significant meaning to them. Their lyricism is always insane. Since they are so experimental their sound has its own genre and they have a very diverse discography. Example... Gods Menu, Back Door and Case 143 all completely different sounds. Recommend next... Gods Menu Chk Chk Boom Easy
Enjoyed your vlog. I'm a baby Stay which is Stray kids fandom. I think you might enjoy Venom next but if you want to listen to something you can definitely bump in the hood listen to their sub producing unit 3racha.
This isn’t their usual style so I wouldn’t say they’re a male XG.A Male XG would be One or Eight which come from the same parent company Avex, as XG did. They have a song called Kawasaki featuring Big Sean if you want to check that one.
Funny because Stray Kids is my favourite group and I recently got into XG and I love them too haha. You should react to more of Stray Kids, they're amazing a one of a kind group
SKZ really are different. Boy bands aren't my thing either, but I adopted Stray Kids about 3 years ago and never looked back. I don't know what sort of music you enjoy normally, but they're really something special.
Stray Kids is an 8 member boy group from South Korea. I became a fan of them this year and I've been listening to them a lot and I don't really call myself a fan of K-pop, but I love their music. The song you just reacted to is from their newly recent album called HOP. If you want to continue with Stray Kids, I recommend Miroh or God's Menu.
@KingVarcity23 so exited for your next reaction!! I suggest: freez/ topline/ megaverse /bounce back/3Racha /chk chk boom and God's menu!! Happy holiday!
You’re seven years late from the debut…you need to do your homework, sir! 😂😅🤗😎 And yes, they train for this - vocals & dance. Stray Kids self produce, so you’re meeting a hard working, talented group of young men. Roscoe says they’re the Transition Kings…and he’s correct. Need to hear the earlier songs; this was just released. Go to find ‘Kingdom: Legendary War’ from 2021. You’ll see six groups performing over half a year. And you haven’t seen nothin’ yet. 😊.
You are allowed to like boy bands. Their are 8 of them and they can all rap and sing and dance. You are very very wrong their are many many many many older Stray Kids fans. I'm 50 and I love their music. This is my first time watching one of your videos and I enjoyed your reaction but you do seem a little close minded in saying this is teeny bopper music. I'm not sure what makes music adult vs teeny bopper I'm curious. I went to the Stray Kids concert in Atlanta with my daughter whose in college and I was afraid id be the only older person their but right in front of us was a woman older than me with her granddaughter and singing along to every song. Their were adult couples and teeny bopper and even whole families at the concert basically all types of people. I agree this is but a hood banger but that doesnt mean it's only for tweens.
LISTEN TO BOUNCE BACK!!! HARDEST TRACK ON THEIR NEW ALBUM!! I ALSO REC GOD'S MENU, THEIR MOST FAMOUS TRACK! I also rec 3racha, its their uk drill song.
FELT! ive pnly stanned one otge group and that BigBang and their LEGENDS. Stray kids really reminds me of them a lot
@sylvielebrun1733 Oh hes going to love them! They are definately not the norm for kpop despite tge fact that they are apart of that genre!
45 yr old die hard Stay going to the ATL concert too 😜!
@SKZemiliaSTAY 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
51 yo STAY. Bringing my family with me to the LA show. :)
@@ericajohnson8145 40 yr old STAY heading to dominATE in Seattle! ♥️♥️
37 here and going to Frankfurt. Wish i could go to all EU concerts but i can't take that much time off from work 😅
Idk how peeps think this is for teens when they're going through OUR teens with the Beastie Boys sound.
Love this comment so much!!!! because is so f.....g real!!!!!
You would be surprised how many older people love Straykids 😂. They are not just for teens. I appreciate your honest review.
Yes, I am surprised at this point. I read all the comments lol... I was wrong!
Yo soy una ,tengo 53 años y ver cómo crecen éstos niños tan talentosos es hermoso 😊😊❤🇺🇾🇺🇾
Songs you should check out fir more rap:
-3Racha (a subunit song w/3 members)
-Muddy Water (subunit song w/4 members)
-Maze of Memories
-The Tortoise and the Hare (highly experimental)
-ZONE (3 member subunit song)
-TOPLINE
-Easy
-SSICK
-COMFLEX
-DOMINO
-Double Knot
-DOODLE (solo song)
-Bounce Back
-Ultra (solo song)
Also, the collab Changbin (one of the main rappers) did with Milli (female Thai rapper) and F.Hero (male Thai rapper) called Mirror Mirror is a great song with some awesome rapping.
Hope you check out some more songs from our Homeless Children 😆
Stay Kidz are 🔥🔥 Please check out Venom, Mega verse, Lalalala, Top Line, S Class. They have so many different flows and styles. You won't be disappointed.
Just like some of the older stay who already commented, I'm here to say that I'm in my late 30 and still in my teeny boppy era
Stay Kids are my FAVORITE group of all time. ❤🙌 Definitely check out some more Stray Kids!
I'm also a 45 teenage girl 😂 Stray kids are my jam .
A lot of older people likes skz . I'm a 20 years old who grew up with skz , but surprisingly my grandpa loves them too 😂
I will explore them a bit more I promise lol
(As most STAYs know, SKZ love to hide all sorts of Easter eggs in their M/Vs.)
Just after the WoW M/V was posted, the official Stray Kids I-G account posted a reference to an upcoming NBA tournament and tagged the official NBA I-G account. In the post, there was a pic of a basketball court with the logo for the HOP album (
They can move in with me.
There are 8, and theyre from South Korea. I've definitely heard of them.
Hahah, that's funny
Haha 47 and went to their concert two days ago. Thanks for giving them a chance tho
LOL, I guess I was wrong.... Hey I will check out more from them...
@@KingVarcity23looking forward to it then ❤
Love seeing new reactions! Stray Kids has a huge discography! Lots to see and hear!
Hahaha, got u
Stray kids have a large discography. They write and produce their own songs and have a creative mix of varied genres within even a single song. Check out some of their other songs. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
They're good. I was never into k pop too. They got me hooked for more than 3 years now. Every song has its own style and color.
I recommend "lalalala" as a start.
They have like 150+ songs so it's a rabbit hole lol.
They have a lot of solos too, start with:
"Got it" by han
"Ultra" by changbin
We'll go from there 😅
Ok, I wont give up on them yet lol
They never bad. This is the first album they released based on a certain genre, Old school Hip hop. Normally they like to play with music, mixing different genres to make masterpieces. I defenetely think u should watch them again,
Gods menu (their most popular )
Chk chk boom
Venom
Maniac
S class
La la la la la
Distric 9
Side effect
Charmer (theres no mv but there are colour coded lyrics videos)
Social path
Megaverse
Mountains
Im on it!
i just love seeing people getting to know stray kids😂 i like your reaction please do more stray kids!!
What’s great about Stray Kids is that they produce their own beats, write their own lyrics and produce/compose their own songs.
Awesome
Now for the more Stray Kids sound songs I recommend are S-Class, Thunderous, God's Menu, Chk Chk Boom, Super Bowl, ITEM(this one doesn't have an mv but then again you can find lyrics videos)
you should definitely check out their other songs!!! they don’t just have this type of song, maybe you’ll like their other songs better!!
God's Menu, Topline, 3Racha, Easy
More ballad feel Cover Me (no mv but can do lyric video), Neverending Story
And tis the Season so Christmas Evel 🎄
They write and produce all their songs.
Thank you for the reaction. I would like to see you try a couple more songs:
Heyday
3Racha
Megaverse
Thunderous
Topline!!!
Megaverse
God's Menu
Thunderous
Back Door
Ooooh, you will love 3Racha!
Ok, I will see what's up with that, I appreciate you
Strangely, when I stumbled upon XG, I thought they reminded me so much of Stray kids! I like both groups quirkiness❤
Actually, 2017 was their pre-debut, they debuted on March 25, 2018, that's why they are already from the 4th Gen.
@@LiliX-lin You are correct, sorry
i'm 58, i totally bop to it.
haha bop on my friend, I underestimated the fanbase.
More SKZ, yes! Venom, Freeze, Topline, Easy, Side Effects, Double Knot, and Bounce Back would make good reactions, I think.
Korean grp and Felix (deep voice and high)is from Australia and the leader also the oldest is also from Australia both from Sydney
I liked your reactions but I'd love if you could have a bit more respect for the artists who made it this far.
here are some reccomendation if you are interrested :
You can try :
With MVs : Christmas EveL, Case 143, LALALALA, Cheese, Freeze, the sound, Time's out, Question, Astronaut, Topline, Easy, SuperBoard, get lit, Circus, All in, Maknae on top, up on night and so much more.
without MVs you have : Awaken, Rock, Hall of fame, Item, Domino, COMFLEX, blind spot,
If you prefer more melodic and less "noisy" songs try : Cover me, Chill, Collision, Can't stop, Limbo, Stars and raindrops, Leave, FNF, Streetlight, Youtiful, Leave, and more
And if rap is what you're into try : Heyday (3racha), 3RACHA, We go, Any, Muddy water, and so much more !
If you want more info :
Stray kids are a self produced group (Which is rare in K-pop ) Changbin, Han and BangChan are known under the 3racha name.
Thanks for trying them out!
Hey, it's not over. I am going to dive a little deeper to understand their talent a bit more. Thank you for watching, and stay tuned!

About Stray Kids (aka SKZ):
------------------------------------------
Leader Bang Chan flew from Australia to Korea when he was young teenager and trained at JYPE for several years.
----------------------------------
Stray Kids debuted in 2018. In early videos, you'll see 9 people performing, but one left in Oct 2019. SKZ have been an 8-member group ever since.
----------------------------------
DanceRacha (unofficial sub-unit) - main dancers (Lee Know, Hyunjin and Felix (deep-voiced guy). But all 8 members are very good dancers.
----------------------------------
VocalRacha (unofficial sub-unit) - main vocalists (Seungmin & I.N). But all 8 members are great singers and switch around on lead vocals, depending on the song.
----------------------------------
Main rappers - Changbin, Han, Hyunjin & Felix. However unlike many K-pop groups, all 8 members can rap/have rapped, depending on the song.
----------------------------------
Languages:
Bang Chan (the leader) and Felix (deep-voiced guy) are both Korean-Australian. English is their first language. The other 6 members speak English with varying degrees of fluency.
They're all fluent in Korean and also sing/rap in Japanese. They often mix Korean/English and Japanese/English in their songs.
----------------------------------
Not all of their music goes hard all the time.
SKZ also write/sing beautiful ballads, and some of their songs have been on K-drama, J-drama, anime, video game & movie soundtracks. They also collab with and/or write and produce for other idol groups and solo artists from Korea, Japan, China, Thailand and the U.S.

I.N - main vocalist, songwriter, dancer, rapper on some songs
Thank you for t his, It going to take a minute for all that to soak in lol
I wonder what makes people think only teens like Kpop... Is it cause the artists are pretty or something? Cause it isn't like all Kpop groups sound alike. I'm pretty sure that's it... The guys are good looking and there are multiple, so people assume teens obsess like with the boy bands back in the day. 36 year old Stray Kids fan here and it's all about the multiple genres they do for me.
love stray kids!❤
We invite you down the “Rabbit Hole” that is the multi-genre mega verse of Stray Kids.
Enjoy
you should check out stray kids’ song bounce back (lyrics version)!!
But there are songs where all 8 of them sings too
Their name “Stray Kids” comes from how they are not following the path laid out by others but finding their own way and inviting all their fans, who may feel like they are also kind of their own wandering path, to join them.
They debuted in 2018
They are ages 23 - 27
Fandom name is Stay
#2 Best Selling Artist in U.S 2023
#3 Globally Best Selling 2023
They are unique for several reasons...
Bang Chan 200
Changbin 172
Han 164
Hyunjin 27
Felix 23
I.N 21
Seungmin 20
Lee Know 17
While they can all do everything they do have 3 different subunits...
3Racha... Bang Chan, Chang Bin and Han which are the main producers and lyricists. They are always credited as 3Racha.
3Racha Achievements
- Producers of Consecutive Five Time Billboard 200 #1 album debuts - only group in history
- Hot 100 Hitmakers
- 3rd, 9th, 11th Most Credited Idols on KOMCA
- Produced Albums Sold Over 20 Million Copies
- Japan Hot 100 Hitmakers
- 100+ Weeks on Hot 100 Lyricists
- 100+ Weeks On Hot 100 Composers
- 2023 Asia Artist Awards Best Creator
- Makers of Time Magazines 2020 #8 Best Song (their song Backdoor)
Danceracha... Lee Know (in charge of leading dance practices), Felix and Hyunjin. They also contribute to the choreography.
Vocalracha... Seungmin and I.N
While the songs are hype they always have significant meaning to them. Their lyricism is always insane.
Since they are so experimental their sound has its own genre and they have a very diverse discography.
Example... Gods Menu, Back Door and Case 143 all completely different sounds.
Recommend next...
Gods Menu
Chk Chk Boom
Easy
Edit: 1st in history to have their first 6 charting albums debut at #1 on the Billboard 200
Enjoyed your vlog. I'm a baby Stay which is Stray kids fandom. I think you might enjoy Venom next but if you want to listen to something you can definitely bump in the hood listen to their sub producing unit 3racha.
I'm definitely a stay
I loved the title 😭😭 I hope they get a home soon too.
LMBO! tried to be creative with that one.. Thank you
This isn’t their usual style so I wouldn’t say they’re a male XG.A Male XG would be One or Eight which come from the same parent company Avex, as XG did. They have a song called Kawasaki featuring Big Sean if you want to check that one.
Funny because Stray Kids is my favourite group and I recently got into XG and I love them too haha. You should react to more of Stray Kids, they're amazing a one of a kind group
Ok will do
Btw XG is a Japanese girl group they are just based in South Korea
They have a large amount of older adults following them. 50+. Myself included.
4:17 basically 😅 some have been training since elementary school, most start training as teens but yeah.
MORE STRAYKIDS!!!♡♡♡
Got you!
I will subscribe you bcs i know you will react to them more! 🔥❤
Of course I will
@KingVarcity23 so exited for your next reaction!! I suggest: freez/ topline/ megaverse /bounce back/3Racha /chk chk boom and God's menu!! Happy holiday!
Stray Kids ❤❤❤
Hi!!! Thank you! Can you please react to their music video of God’s Menu? That is their most iconic and popular video and song to date 😊
Bet, I got you
@ thanks so much!
If u like rap, u should check out their song TOPLINE. Super firee!
Yes, I see they have a wide range of fans...I take back that statement lol
you’d like chk chk boom i think
