It's because the writers and director just kept adding in random shit from the games without regard of how they actually work in the universe, and in the case of 4 because midway through the writing for it they thought "Y'know I don't wanna do that clone angle we set up. Let's just kill all of them and make Alice's line from the last one make no sense".

That film series is one of my guilty pleasures. But if I could have seen the action more clearly with this one, I would have liked it even more. But for what we got, they went all out for the action and silliness I have come to expect from them.
In some of the earlier videos brian would pause for SO...LONG...trying to make his point i wanted to yell "spit it out!" at the screen. In these newer ones hes very smooth in the delivery of his opinions. It makes me want to shake his hand. He has improved 100% in this regard, good job man...you should be proud of the progress youve made. Kudos
Is Before I Wake the Thomas Jane film they discussing at the end? Because you can get that on DVD from Canada. It was released january 10th. I still don't think there is any word of US release. The company went bankrupt in 2015.
Is it weird that I thought this movie had already come out and been reviewed by you guys, and then I realized that was actually the new Underworld movie? Or is that actually kind of appropriate?
The first like of the video was spoken by Brad @ 0:39 but Brian's first like was a double like and it was @ 0:46. Brad's first double like was @ 1:37. After 5 minutes Brad had made 19 likes but Brian was way out in front with exactly 50 likes (though to be honest I was losing count by this point and had to stop for accuracy's sake). The triple like combos really helped add to the total and I was also including the half likes where the whole word almost made it but petered out around li, mostly in doubles, such as li like. While the video itself, by the 5 minute mark was going at a rate of 14 likes per minute, neither was talking the whole time and a more accurate estimate would be 28 likes per minute per person. Or another stat might be, for example, Brian has a 3 likes per sentence ratio, on average. Awesome vid BTW, love this show, just got a stat urge, so thanks for supplying :)

Personally I always thought Anderson made shitty films (I think Mortal Kombat could have been infinitely better than what he did with it..I mean ffs, its not a complicated film to get right..) so I hated the idea of him getting his hands on resident evil in the same way I was pissed when I heard Michael Bay got hold of the transformers franchise.. He just seems to churn out hollywood trash for the sole purposes of making money and it often shows.. Hopefully now he'll fall into obscurity and someone else can have a go with resident evil... it doesn't seem like its too much of a complicated task, it largely just needs source material and some risk taking to be atleast watchable..

To be fair I can believe the conversion of that machine for 2 reasons in chop shops u have to know how to work fast cause alot of them take in stolen cars and 2 I've seen with my own eyes a group of 5 Mexicans tear off a roof and lay a new one down in 8 hours the same roof that take a actual roofing crew a week I use to do clean up for that crew so I saw these guys do that over 20 roofs of varying size

Compare this movie's frantic nature to the latest Resident Evil game which just came out. Amazingly, the game has a "chill" haunting creepiness interspersed with a "boss" trying to run you down with a car inside a home car garage. Am I the only one who wants to see (if they really do a reboot to this series) it become the insane Texas Chainsaw style film that RE:7 is? So yes guys, I hope they reboot if they're going to do more.
I remember when the first one came out, it felt fresh because in '01 (or maybe '00 I don't remember) there weren't any zombie movies coming out (at least in the mainstream). You kids have no idea what it was like in the '90s and early '00s. There were no zombie movies at all. It seems quaint now.
