Diana, what type of fabric are you using for your Jacket and lining I love it and, on the stitching on the sewing machine are you using a straight stitch and at what stitch length? @@robinvalentine4764 Yes, tailor's ham is the name. It's very stiff and used to iron rounded pieces like shoulders or cuffs. You can iron w/o it but then the pieces that should have a rounded shape will be more flat.

I’m new at this and just curious why you need a seam in the back and not just cut it out on the fold, what am I missing?
