Excellent topic friend! Moscow guppies were my favorite type as well.
how long have you kept moscow guppies?
My local fish store had a few black ones and I bought one for my guppy tank. I didn't realize they were that rare. I should have took the hint when the store owner told me that his supplier never willingly give out the females but they slip through the cracks sometimes and he ends up keeping them in his personal tank.
the female guppies in the store have been crossed with different strains so it is difficult to breed again, but if you are interested in that give it a try
@@GuppyChannel I ended up buying 1 of the 3 he had. I should have just bought them all.
Good luck, hope you breed your own rare strain of guppies
A beautiful selected from Moscow guppy fish breeders 🥰
😍😍😍
Nah I saw someone getting some guppies as feeder fish and one of the ones I saw that he bought was a green Moscow😭💀
Green moscow is not as rare now as it used to be my friend

I made 350 Black Moscow guppies from a single pare in exactly one year.... looking forward to get different colour of Moscow guppy ❤
Hope you will successfully create many beautiful guppy strains for yourself ♥️
How much money did you earn😳
@@The_real_LMat hey there,
I love in BHARAT 🇮🇳 so all my transaction is in Indian rupees
So i got a pair of black moscoy guppies juvenile pair for 120 rs
And I sold aprox 350 psc for 40 rs each and I earned 14000 rs in aprox 9 months and with only 1 waterchange per week and food of 200 rs only ...it was a profitable thing ..now I got contacts of big breeders here in bharat and also i started from 30cm by 20cm tank and now I own 2* ... 5 feet aquarium and many small ones too .. I hope your question is been answered as I am too exited to share my story and experience 😁
@@Mbaku074 nice!
Don’t hurt my guys!!!
I just picked up a trio of German line green Moscow guppies and I'm diving down a rabbit hole trying to figure out where these came from as the breeder got them many years ago directly from the German breeder and had had the line since.
That's awesome, it's a beautiful strain, do you have any other strains?
@@GuppyChannel I have a full black Moscow pair but the male is really old and I think he's infertile. I'm just an aficionado, not breeding to sell or anything. I wish the club member remembered more about this green Moscow strain because they're really beautiful and he's kept this line going direct from whoever originally started it. I think though, there may be some reverting to more blue because of the line breeding for so long? Mine isn't as iridescent g green in the body, his iridescent scales look mostly blue and the find and tail are green. A very stunning fish regardless of if the line isn't as strong. I would love to get another green male from a separate line and try breeding! Do you know of any good breeders that sell in Southern California or ship safely?
That's great, if you need green moscow maybe I can introduce you to some of my friends in Asia
I had a emerald green double sword tail guppy back in the 80s it come out of Florida I ordered two I ordered a trio of blue royal guppies and I forget where it is but they sent me a Mail episode. Tell him a green.
I was wondering if anybody is breeding emerald, green double sword guppies now
I need these fish, and they are incredibly hard to find! I have set up a 55-gallon aquascape and would love to fill it with moscow guppies. 😍
We will help you soon, thank you for watching
I have blue moscows in 2 of my tanks and they are beautiful. Lots of fry. If you are anywhere near central east coast US and interested in buying some, let me know. I don't ship, but I do travel between NC and PA. I bought them from a breeder in MD years ago when he was moving to CA:)
I’m planning for my first guppies I’m getting are moscows probably gonna spend like 60+ dollars on a few😳
Where are you from ?
@@GuppyChannel Mexico but I live near the border so I can just order them and be shipped to a friends house over there in America
Nice work , very informative videos
thanks
Me be like: are they rare?
My tanks:idk we got all moscow including green moscow😂
In the past some countries these strains were very rare, but now they can almost be exported around the world, it's great to have a tank of moscow.
Three weeks ago I got a pair of what is called "Blue Hawaiian Moscow," which have a bit of yellow sheen in the mid part of their bodies. Very gorgeous, and my female dropped eleven fry as soon as she hit the tank, so I'm hoping they breed true! Of course she is already preggers, lol. I can tell that I have at least a couple males. Oh, and it's true they don't eat their fry! I wonder if all Moscows are like that?
most guppies will eat their offspring on natural instinct, if you see that the female guppy does not eat her offspring then it is probably when she has not recovered from spawning
@@GuppyChannel I was told these don't, and so far that's true. They stayed at the top in a fairly open tank, and she never tried. Just kept chasing the male off, lol. We'll see for the next batch! The fry are three weeks old now and all doing really well.
that's true only for some individuals, you shouldn't try, try to protect your baby guppies
@@GuppyChannel I have a 10g cycled, has a betta in it for now, but was thinking it would be good (after rehoming betta) to move babies to grow out there so no competition for food from adults? Mom just had 18, and she did chase them around but didn't eat them.
I breed these. They do not eat their fry.
How should we breed Moscow guppies
How or where can I buy the black mascow guppy?
We will update you once we are ready for legal matters, please understand
Could you please refer online shopping guppys (fish)
We are currently not supporting everyone, please wait for more
@@GuppyChannel okay
looks like betta
the size of the guppies has improved a lot in recent years
Why do guppies loose their colours
As guppies get older and older, they will gradually lose their body pigments, another reason is that your guppies are sick.
