Is that Monte Blue as the sheriff in the 1st episode, The Case of the Unexpected Corpse? He played the sheriff in Key Largo. Sounds like him but not sure if he did a lot of radio.
It was not Monte in this episode. He did movies from silents to his retirement in 1954. He did not contribute to radio.. At least not that I've been able to find.
