your operating system is using too many pc resources that means, if your going to stick with windows 8.1 then the only option you have is to upgrade your pc, otherwise I'd recommend upgrading to windows 10.

Yes. It's the cross's corvette mod. It's a modded savefile that you can download that has the corvette in the career mode.

Lower the graphics by that i mean all of the graphics option. U can also lower the advance graphics.
@@bdbearfd9007 it's already at Lowest.. in win 7 it ran soo good. But in 8.1 pro now it sucks
