    Glad you guys are gonna have replacement parts, thats fantastic. Seems like a great idea to just replace the pump heads once a year as preventative maintenance

    Just bought the pro max skid from southeast softwash and had a little hiccup (most likely something I did because I’m new to this) but when the owner himself calls you and takes care of you, you know you’re a customer for life. Have already had nothing but great experiences with their surfactants and other misc chems (Swag is def my favorite) but I can tell you for sure after this experience you can not go wrong with this company. 10/10 Chic fil a quality customer service. ❤

    Get it here : www.southeastsoftwash.com/product/super-pump/
    Take the class that has helped thousands of new guys dominate the Softwash business!
    cotyy.kartra.com/page/TEe1
    Revolutionary, Game changer, Ground-Breaking… Cliche? Only if it’s not true. The SKUNK TEAM was tasked with creating the final solution for the soft-wash industry, and after 18 months of R&D in their lair, they emerged with a truly state of the art total wash system!
    When we looked at the industry trends over the last decade one thing stood clear as a common theme. The professional wash tech was always sacrificing something no matter what pump setup he chose.
    The venerable 12v system has a lot of good going for it, (which is why its always been our favorite) Affordable, easy to replace, and low maintenance costs were all a winning recipe. But the performance of a 12v 5 or 7 gpm soft wash system does leave a lot be desired.
    Some guys turn to 110v booster pumps in a quest for more flow and power. That is until they factor in the higher initial cost, plus a generator to run it, endless maintenance and a graveyard of them out behind their shed. When a booster pump goes down you just lost that day of run time. And the performance isn’t really blowing anyway….. The juice definitely not worth the squeeze.
    Air diaphragm pumps gained some popularity in the early 2000s’. These really shine in the maintenance department, but nothing is trouble free, and don’t forget you’ve got to have a gas powered air compressor to run it. Even then your power level isn’t really super sayian anyway.
    About 3 years ago gas powered systems aka “roof pumps” became all the rage. Its no secret that our hatred for gas powered setups knows no bounds. Expensive, heavy on maintenance, and catastrophic failures, and throwing so much chem the EPA has a mini-stroke, these are the absolute worst of all options.
    We get it, we’ve all got a little Tim the Tool Man Taylor down inside somewhere. But what if we could get high performance, low maintenance and moderate cost all in one pump? The HOLY GRAIL of systems.
    Enter SUPER PUMP!
    All of the ease of an electric system, the ability to do a complete pump swap in under 1 minute with no tools needed, and 16gpm of raw power!
    Yes Please! This beast is hitting over 5 stories, and able to shoot right at 80 feet, unheard of numbers in the washing world.
    Before you say it let me also mention that there is no wasting of chems with this baby, because of the revolutionary speed control system available thats also available for the super pump. With 3 setting options, you are always in control. Low =7ish gpm. Med = 11ish gpm and High= sweet 16gpm. Personally we like to apply chem at low or medium power, then crank it up to full power for rinsing.
    Paired with your easy to setup 24v battery bank and you are off to washing heaven. Its truly never been easier!
    24 volt
    16 gpm max
    This sale is for the pump only. The additional add-on of the motor speed controller will be an additional cost and a separate product we will have available soon.

      I typically refresh my pumps 2 to 3 times throughout a season spending on average $350 each time which equates to about $1,400 Max a year with this pump at $2,000 and you don't have to buy another pump for a very long time; that's very beneficial.

    Incredible engineering, design and execution by SESW. When the softwash industry has a problem, Coty and the Skunk Wash team already have a solution. And not just 1, they come up with several options for all of us in the field. I for one can't wait to get my hands on the new Super Pump with the speed control option. Thanks SESW!!

    Just makes sense. I dont think electric is good for bigger applications, but things like pumps fits right there with everything that should be electric. Its way easier to run something off a battery instead of chasing down non ethanol gas, putting stabil over winter, keeping starting fluid on hand, keeping gas with you. The pain in the ass this saves alone would make it worth it to me. Gotta love that after putting the chem on you can rinse out the pump while rinsing the house off then roll it up and leave.

  • @FreeAmericanSpirit
    @FreeAmericanSpirit ปีที่แล้ว +6

    If you want a good test on the pump, put it in a timer so it runs 10 minutes and shuts off for a minute.
    Starting and stopping loads up the motor, stresses the pressure switch and more importantly really stress out the impellers. Running constantly just circulating is not doing much . If you had a way to squeeze the trigger and once it starts let it go until the pump built up pressure and stopped due to the pressure switch, that would be even better .
    Water does not compress so doing this is more real world as no one is just holding the trigger constantly.... send one down an I'll sit all day squeezing the trigger on and off into a barrel for a couple days.. If / when it fails we can rip her apart and see what is going on

    What is the lift height. Not the priming, but through the hose? Even though you can shoot 5 stories, that would be shooting blind. some homes have a lot of peaks and valleys. thus some people would potentially need a lift or get up on high ladders to reach these areas. so what would the lift height be to the nozzle if you are working from a lift or ladder ?

  • @raphaeln1296
    @raphaeln1296 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    sounds dope I have a question though: you said it works best with 3/4” hose in the outbound. But since i the gpm is adjustable then let’s say you go from 16gpm and decide to dial it down to 7gpm. Is the hose width gonna be a problem? Will there be a difference in the psi? I would thing you would need your plumbing to be reduced if the gpm is that dramatic of a drop no? Is there any sort of change or is everything still the same.

  • @vulcanpressurewashing

    How many hours will that run on average before it needs to be recharged? How many batteries per pump do you suggest? I have a 30 building 6 figure job coming up this summer. Tallest buildings are about 4 stories. I want to get two super pumps for that job alone. I just need to make sure I have enough battery power for the day. It is a good drive from me. Building will likely require 8 gpm for applying chem and 16 gpm for rinsing. I think you suggested that. On a all concrete building with black algae buildup can I apply and rinse with the super pump from the ground and clean the concrete walls effectively rinsing with 16 gpm from the ground or will I need to get a lift and apply with the chemical with the super pump and rinse with high pressure wand off my 8 GPM pressure washer? Thoughts?
