@@charlesm.2604 that excuse would probably work in most cases, but I do know that there are places that don’t allow sleeping in your car or being in the drivers seat of a car at all while intoxicated

The guy in the first clip who keeps saying that they "can't touch me" is just wrong, they obviously won't do so but he was swearing at them and saying literal threats, so they could have easily arrested him for that.

@@Burago2k I don’t think they were stupid, they were just being very patient and respectful towards him. I think it was honorable of them to be able to ignore their pride for that long trying to help a family that’s very down on their luck

There are other ways to tell if a driver was intoxicated. if you get arrested and taken to the police department its higly likely that they will do a blood test, expecially in this one since its going to court.

Happened to one of my friends, homeless lady broke into his car and pulled a gun on him lmao, she had to get pulled out by police and he had to get a new car because she tore it apart and destroyed it.

Not how that works if there’s an active threat or suspicious calls/activity/ or warrant for someone in the household they can come in if it’s considered dangerous if they leave and wait for a warrant. Do you know how many would’ve died in other situations if cops were like , “I hear gunshots in the house but oh well we come back later with a warrant”

Those tests are arbitrary and left to officer discretion most of the time. It’s a scam. It’s why the breathalyzer was created. If a cop ever asks you to do these tests, just ask if you can do a breathalyzer instead. They are obligated to give it to you. Either before or after. If you aren’t drunk, and are just naturally uncoordinated, it will severely help your case.
