For the dude racing around with dashcams recording himself endangering others there were no locals in that video a local would have purposely drove into the street racers car then put a couple rounds in the trash
The clip with the girl goin 137 on the road way, if you watch the full video over again you can tell she's going through something right now. And assuming she's a good person at heart, I hope she's doing better now and has figured life out a little bit better. It's no excuse for reckless driving, but that was real pure sadness and pain in her eyes - betrayal, something tragic, whatever - and I'm sure she can learn from the stop and hope she's still with us today.
