What an awesome service you're providing to women on TH-cam Dr. Kathy! A question I would like to see answered publicly is: the Pap test doesn't test for ovarian cancer. What can a GYN offer patients to address this concern? Mardi
Thanks for the great question Mardi! You are right, pap smears do not test for ovarian cancer. I am going to do a "Three Minute Thursday" video to answer questions, and yours will be on there!
Kathy, you always make my day when I come in for my annual; how exciting that I will have the oppoortunity to “see” you throughout the year! Thank you for spreading your light❤️
Hi Karla, Thanks for watching! And thanks for the question. The statistics are: at age 30 the risk is one in 1523, at 35 it is one in 453 and by 40 one in 173.
I have had many women with fibroids have babies. Consult with your obstetrician. They will probably have you do a sonogram to look at your fibroids and then talk about your medical history and what your risks may be! Good luck!
Dr. Wolf, Thank you so much for creating this channel and the content. I love being a part of the Wolf Pack!

Hi Dr. Wolf! Great to see you on TH-cam! How common is it to see patients diagnosed with breast cancer in their 30's? ~Karla

This is so great! Dr. Wolf delivered my second son and it was an amazing experience. 😍😘😍😘
Yay! Thank you dr. Wolf! You rock!
Love this
Great video.
NEVER AND I’M 51 - I don’t do these ridiculous fear mongering exams. No biopsies or recalls for me…
Why does my GYN still perform a PAP smear if I no longer have a cervix?
What if you are under the age of 13? Do you still have to have a pelvic and breast exam every year??
No. In the U.S., we normally start breast exams and pelvic exams at the age of 21.
I am 13 and never been to the lady doctor.. what is a good age and advice since its weird people poking around in that area!!??
Dr Kathy,
I have fibroids. What recommendation would you give me? I am 41yrs old and would love to have another baby!
