I mean they wouldn't just abandon us after working nonstop for 2 whole weeks on this tragedy. They still care about us, so it would be fair if we believe in them too right ?
they said in news, they're going fix over 10M account 1 by 1 and bring data of each account back...., they also said, it might took some time around a couple week or month.... hope they can do it..
I doubt it. As of now I lost confidence in the developers. They tend to have over-confidence and underestimate the issues they face. They end up making false hope for us. Plus if you think about it, say they can restore 2 accounts in an hour; 16 accounts in an 8 hour work day. There are about 10m accounts. Maybe I'm wrong, but I believe it'll take them years before everyone's account is restored.

During the free reset skills i changed my skills and stats for all my characters before the server went down. Now that the server problem is fixed i looked back and noticed my main character's level was not at lv155 no more, it went down to lv154, 2 of my other characters were are lv36 and they went back all the way to level 1

Toram Online is getting unreliable specially about this error. Plus the compensation wasn't good enough to replace the cost of all items a player grinded. The Spina earned also being Suffered. Dont worry cuz this is not their real compensation gift yet they are currently working on restoring the damaged data or at least restore our bag's data (aka ur stuff) and at the 28th they'll give a boost on everything including player exp pet exp food exp drop rate so we can catch up lv wise They had a hard time dealing with the error don't give them more stuff to deal with it will only makes the restoring process longer

@@AMVrecords there are two reasons for the account lost 1st:they didn't summit their account so its gone simple 2nd is because the account was created from dec13th this can be report to aso and they will work on recovering that from their saved files NEXT they save data monthly but they error affected the data at jan and feb too duh ._. And dont you dare say they have to do it weekly cuz that is data from 10m players including bots and tuyuls so its a goddamn lots of data unless they have a super computer I dont think there's anyways to save the data without taking days

It turns out tuyuls and botters really were the cause, or at least some part of it.

When everything is reset except merc stat... but they didnt even think of recovering its eqp and stat to give us atleast 1 character that is usable :/

The news says it's slowly coming back, all special items and all avatars have been refunded, all of them, it'll take some time but it'll happen. Total shit for compensation tho.

Dont worry cuz this is not their real compensation gift yet they are currently working on restoring the damaged data or at least restore our bag's data (aka ur stuff) and at the 28th they'll give a boost on everything including player exp pet exp food exp drop rate so we can catch up lv wise
They had a hard time dealing with the error don't give them more stuff to deal with it will only makes the restoring process longer
Gin Ookami don’t defend this bs of theirs, some people’s whole accounts are gone. Why didn’t the Japanese have to deal with this? Did you not think of that. They have better support, and they didn’t back up our data enough to roll back a few weeks, no they rolled back MONTHS. Giving us an xp boost won’t make up for the time we lost
@@AMVrecords there are two reasons for the account lost 1st:they didn't summit their account so its gone simple 2nd is because the account was created from dec13th this can be report to aso and they will work on recovering that from their saved files NEXT they save data monthly but they error affected the data at jan and feb too duh ._. And dont you dare say they have to do it weekly cuz that is data from 10m players including bots and tuyuls so its a goddamn lots of data unless they have a super computer I dont think there's anyways to save the data without taking days
