I saw him live from the front row against the Celtics back in the 90s. Seeing Mark Price, I said to myself "holy shit that's the quickest guy I've ever seen!" Then TB checked in and I'm saying "holy shit THAT'S the quickest guy I've ever seen.. Same game, Gerlad Wilkins blew out his achilles and I missed it buying nachos.

They Cavs during Mark Price era where no joke he's definitely underrated for his talent level definitely one of the greats of the 90s, Terrell Brandon himself said he brought his A game because of how good Mark was they had to move KJ because Mark was that Great. The Cavs did give the Bulls a run for their money but they had Michael Jeffrey Jordan 💯
Terrell was just about to cross over into becoming a name. Michael Redd is another guy who had that kind of bad luck that's especially nasty with the timing.
Terrell Brandon was dope in those Cleveland years, sucks that injuries ruined his career but he always held down the fort when he played..Salute Stunted Growth for this vid..
It’s crazy cause he is such a humble dude. I used to go to his barbershop as a kid and he would sweep up sometimes. Just saw him a few months ago and got a beer at a bar and left. Just a nice humble dude.
Yes he was a very exciting player in College is was a walking bucket and in the pros He became an exciting PG playing behind mark price He learned the split of the pick and roll with the dribble and was a solid Pg playing with the Timberwolves salute to Terrell Brandon He was one of my Favorites back in the 90s.
You GOTTA do his teammates Mark Price and Brad Daugherty next. Those late 80's/early 90's Cleveland teams were loaded, just couldn't get past Jordan! Had two Would be Hall of famers that careers were both snuffed out by injuries when both were in the prime of their career (Daugherty made 5 all star teams by 28 but was done at that point). Price was One of the 1st Members of the 50/40/90 club! Would have been a GOAT PG if not for injuries. TB learned so much as his backup his first 3 years, especially that textbook runner! TB is FAR from stunted growth. If I get even one All-Star season from my 11th pick of the draft - let alone two (and should have made wayyyy more than 2!) thats a growth SPURT. This guy was overachiever at every level. Underrapreciated and wasted on mostly bad teams until the end with KG. While Price definitely rubbed off on him, he was also stunted by even being drafted to Cleveland and having to sit the bench behind a still in his prime only 26 year old Mark Price at his PEAK as a player those 1st 3-4 years. Sad he only got to drive the ship on a real contender towards the end of his career. Imagine had he been with KG from 95 on! Definitely one of my favorite Small guards. His midrange was PURE!!
@@Marvilloso Jordan didn't keep ANY of them out the HOF, injuries did. Daughtery was done at 28, Price was done at 29. Dumb luck. He only played 7 games for us smh.
I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Sonics and Blazers fan. Japanese-American. I think that, in 1999-2000, when the Blazers were on the verge of contending for a title, this three way trade would have helped all three teams: Gary Payton to Portland, Terrell Brandon to Seattle (he would have gotten to play 3 hours from his hometown), and Damon (The Demon) Stoudamire to Minnesota.
Terrell & Rauf (Chis Jackson) we’re the first players I saw where I saw… Hey…they are my height & size, Fundamentally sound, not super flashy….I can copy THAT🤘🏾 That’s how I assume kids see Steph this generation.👑🔥🔥
You been doing some good ones lately. Some of my favorite hoopers in the 90s. Abdur-Rahim, Mashburn, and now T.B. I'm still waiting on McDyess who I've asked ya to do one on over 2yrs ago now😆

Good one right here! Definitely a quality guard that was just not appreciated enough. He used to give my Knicks problems. Ahh those knees seem to hamper the best athletes, short and tall, right in their prime. Sucks.
This guy was dope for real. Lil man with a big game. 11 season isn’t bad at all either…. Stunted growth probably but definitely not a failure…. Injuries are so damn annoying when u think of all the talented players who suffered and were limited in their potential tho💯 like u always say tho much respect for the time Terrell Brandon had in the game tho….🏁

Iverson "carried" his whole career doing that crossover.... but it was still a cold ass move.... I would rather see carries that all of today's flopping and everybody trying to shoot 3's
He learned to split the pick and roll from Mark Price....Cleveland fans were also unhappy with the pick at 11 because most wanted Greg Anthony from UNLV, but Brandon was way better

He came up under Mark Price that's how he learned to split the pick and roll. Mark was a genius when it came to that move, Terrell was a great player.

I remember Brandon actually made a Sports Illustrated cover that said "best pg in the nba". It was cool for him to get that recognition at that time.
I had a subscription back then and I remember that cover he made.
