So to marinate with a meat if your choice; Oil ( liquid sort like vegatable, sunflower or olive) Red pepper powder ( pul biber) Tomato/ pepper puree ( salca) Salt You can also add a dab of milk ( optional),garlic and onion(optional), also choices of prefered herbs. Marinate the meat, cover up and place to one side. while you prepare your salad and burn the coal. The longer the marinated waiting time the better. Bon appetite.
