Good conversation ladies. I like the fact that you guys highlighted the highs and the lows while visiting Sa Lone. One constructive criticism is that you stay consistent on referring to SL and not Africa. I know the experience is similar in most places in Africa but you were sharing your experiences on S. Leone. Best of luck with your channels🌟

I agree with David. If they’ve never traveled out of sl, don’t waste your time educating nobody. Just ignore or gie back talk.
Also in terms of them saying hell and heaven, I’ll say It’s because of so many different reasons like job availability, the luxury we have in the diaspora in different areas. Even though it’s hard out here, it’s still way better than living in sl. One thing I always think about is the medical aspect

Your skin color is actually not the same lol. There’s a different vibe, it’s hard to explain and also your demeanor is different from them back there. That’s how they know. Loving the convo so far!

Do not ever try to reason with anyone in Sierra Leone who has not left the country That was me when i left in 1995 First reallity at ohare airport when my siter picked me up I noticed the streets were not paved with gold but cement and tar 3 months later 3 jobs and exuastion daah Got to go back to school 26 years later trying to explain to Sierra Leoneans how hard we work waste of time This is my math equation The west = luxury (depression, lonliness, exaustion) Sierra leone = poor( laugh, people speak to you, never lonely)
