I couldn't wait for these dev dairies to come out. As a huge fan of the original I was blown away by how much further they were pushing things in the sequel. Back to watch these for a little nostalgia. Crazy to me I was 19, now I'm 30.

Man I can't wait for part 2! Part 1 was so easy I finished it in 3 weeks!
Look forward in playing ACII, probably going to appreciate the exploration, diverse missions, puzzles solving (hopefully they would feature few) and platforming is a plus. Ezio flies through in Nov. 17.
In one of the interviews for AC1, Jade Raymond confirmed that it will be a trilogy!

This game was more intense and awesome then the first. I just finished it a couple hours ago, and for the first time in years I can actually say within its small life time, the game has one of the most interesting story lines I've ever seen in a game. The ending actually gave me shivers, not too many games that make you start thinking about all that sort of stuff. (The vault mission)
I'm a major game critic, and I would give it a solid 10/10.

Altair and Ezio are both ancestors of Desmond. Altair was an assassin during the time of the crusades, and Ezio was an assassin during the italian renaissance. I hope that clears up any questions people are having about Desmonds ancestry and his relation to the two.

They can improve the climbing a bit (witch if you didnt noticed, they did.), but they cannot change it to slightly new stuff, cuz then there will be no more engine called "Scimitar/Anvil" that AC used it. They'll have to create a new, witch will take years to do...
They will most likely find another time, i read that it might be medieval or feudal japan. some said it would be french revolution or WW2 but they still wanna explore other earlier times
Guys I dont get it... in the first one we can see symbols and then the game basicly ends...
Will we get more information about them in the 2nd?
Desmond is an assassin. It's likely either through this game, or in the 3rd, last game, that he will be the assassin, completely 'blended' with his ancestors as described in parts of AC1.
I wonder if it's related to Alamut (the first games source material) which means "Eagles Nest".

I LOVE the entire Italian shtick in this game, they captured the entrie rennaisance scene PERFECTLY.

At 3:02, I think they should have made it look a bit more difficult for Ezio to stab through the gaurds. They're probably wearing some kind of protection, right?

Thats my guess...should be interesting waiting for what could lie ahead, but Des is definitely being trained to be an assassin...bad thing is that its a good possiblity that he would be using modern weapons...so much for the sword
i guess the revolution wouldn't be so bad, but that would mean that all events regarding the templars in that time period would have to be contrived, or were they also contrived in AC2? I don't remember how long the Templars existed in the real world.
the game is complete at the moment, the game they played at E3 was a beta style game which they would see how it went (bugs, glitches etc) and they will improve the finished product with that info. so your right by saying its finished but they will improve it

wait will AC3 be with desmond in the modern times or will they find a new time period with a different ancestor tracking down pieces of eden
god, Corey May is still working on ac3, thumbs up for him and alwayis remember Patrice Desilets the creator of the first 2 games and prince of persia

i cant wait to play the game.... mainly becouse once the game is out ubisoft can start working on another one of my favorate games......tom clancy's splinter cell conviction....... but still i cant wait for ether
@Fenyx6 WW2 hasn't really been touched in the last few years; only in like 2000-2003 was it ever really popular.
Most WW2 games also only do generic German villages and Omaha beach; you have Pacific Islands; you have Italy; you have all kinds of other lands to explore.
WW2 has also never been done with AC style of gameplay, most WW2 games are RTS or FPS.

@Omletman123 Lol that's not AC 3,that's an expansion for AC 2 called AC 2 : Brotherhood!AC 3 hasn't been announced yet so it is probable that you will play Desmond.

As far as I know, you can't get the crossbow in ac1, it was cutted out before release.
Im already in love with the story, they might actually really make it a good game instead of failing
Etzio wasn't part of the bloodline of asassins like altair but he picked off the skills from the skilled and also alairs codex

Ezio has money, and you can certain people to perform certain tasks such as attacking guards, causing distractions, or even just keeping quiet about your presence, so u can get help... for a price.
did anyone notice that when he does the double kill at 1:55 the blood gets all over his hands and stays there? And the blood is doesn't look like it's coming out of a spray bottle like in the first one :) This game is gonna be awesome regardless of blood anyway!

See they kinda made Eagle vision sound like a power. I always thought it was more of a sensory ability. Kinda like if it where real he'd just tune everything out but his prey. But it seems it's a power left to him by Altair.

Most of you guys are wrong. The developers said that you will play as Ezio and Altair in revelations? If you have been a fan since the beginning you will know that Altair is the first assassin. Ezio travels to Masayaf ( where the assassins creed game took place ) to find out that it is taken over by the templars. While there he encounters the spirit of Altair. Altair then shows Ezio visions of Altair's time.
Ahh, I didn't realize the game still has Miles in it. I thought they finished with him after the first game.

@Ezikeyal No, that is not AC3. it is not promoted as AC3 and does not qualify story wise to be AC3. Do your reseach before trying to make a newsflash.
Assassin's Creed 3 (Brotherhood) is the upcoming game. It continues upon Ezio Auditore's memories. It however does something rather unique. It sports a Multi player component, One mode showcased in a E3 videos shows the gameplay mechanics of only one of the many modes and eight of the characters.
Take example from a lobby of two, One needs to assassinate a target, And the other needs to prevent this from happened. Suffice to say, There are two teams of assassin's. Templars and Assassin's
They did adopt many words... there is paedogogus for instance...(this word has just been made more latin) and every word in latin where ph=F is also from greek
@SlicedBeatz That's just cause the developers haven't had the need to flesh out his character yet, since you only play him like 1% of the game.
