DUUUUUDE!! This would be the best app for an actual doctor as a lead assist!! The user has the ai pre diagnose and an inapp purchase or tier 2 could be tele medicine!! I’m not a medical doctor but I’m a Psyd sex therapist… You always have the coolest guests and you give so much ridiculously valuable content! KUDOS Greg!! How come he’s not using BOLT?? 😉
Hey I’m an aspiring entrepreneur and I follow your channel.I think that this could really work and I was wondering if you could help me with building this. I’m also currently learning web design to try and mimic the success designjoy had. My family is also trying to help invest in this but I thought this dr ai might be more scalable and easier . Well you are a great guy and I’m looking forward to talking and working with you😅.
I started building my AI agency and documenting it on my TH-cam earlier this year and I just turned 20 . I’ve built some Ai for gym’s and Accounting firms And this is all thanks to Greg Thanks you brother you gave me the confidence to try and start a persona brand. From watching your videos
these live cooking sessions are the big differentiator that has made this the best business channel out there right now. for example the episodes about Lindy and Lovable have also been insanely good. Keep it coming, chef!
This video was super interesting, I love how he talked through all the different stages like marketing, how much to charge, the design... it inspires you to think in the same ways for your own ideas.
I'd like to see more on the influencer spending many of us don't want to spend that much at first to market an app (or don't have that much money ie. $5k/influencer). Also figuring out the cost of the openAI API calls vs the $4/week subscription fee and how the free trial works, do you take credit card for free trials etc.
idk if this helps, but i took a look at his cal ai app and to go into a free trial you have to lock in your credit card for a year round subscription prior to free access, but i don’t think it charges you until the trial is over
Thanks for a live cooking session. :) Watching those who have already done it dissolves a major block in the human mind; gliding over the unknown in someone else's mind.
How does Google get away with providing medical advice? It's just curation, right? Why couldn't you frame this as curation with heavy citation on all results combined with disclaimers?
there is like 5 features that doctors use to diagnose cancer, in the case of skin cancer it's usually easier because the main features are visible on the skin, other kinds of cancer need TAC images to get details of size, symmetry and position
Actually im a professional health coach and i agree with him. We get paid for our experience and intuition, not for basic information. Access to data and what a healer considers to be common knowledge is really most of the issue handled. AI can't be everything you need for your health but it absolutely can save us healers alot of wasted time so we can focus on what we do best. It can also definitely help people avoid alot of issues.
I wish i knew what these tools you are using are to do wireframes or code editors that let you open LLM pages. these tools seem great but you never mention what they are. sorry if they are obvious and i just am out of the loop but id really like to know. even if its just in the timestamps or description. thanks.
Cool stuff, how do you integrate / code the app? Is it possible to generate code with chatgpt and also ingrate everything with chatgpt / perplexity etc?
Google would most likely reject the publishing of the app. They changed some policies recently. One of my app updates was rejected because of some general medical information… thats publicly avalible🤷♂️
Hey greg please reply. I want to make a one app which is only dedicated for content regarding events but i have no funds can you tell me how i grow this from scratch. A targeted audience is tier 2 /3 cities in India how i can execute it
Please tell us how to download apk file from bolt ai app builder after creating an complete app to test in android phone iphone and to launch in Play Store and apple store please
When Zach was looking at the tiktok doctors and saw the woman and said is she really a doctor or does she just dress up like one, I started laughing and you can see Greg wants to bust out laughing too. I can imagine people being triggered by Zach saying that and that's why it's so funny. 🤣
Cool, thanks! So much to learn from you guys. One quick question would be: were do I learn how to make these kind of prompts accurate, Zach mentioned prompt "pipeline" what's that?
i always ask chatgpt this is the result I want, these are the things I have, how do I accurately write such prompts that would give me the result I desire.
Greg, I Love your podcast, but this episode is forgetting the HUGE legal implications and should advise the exact opposite. To everyone out there trying to find their idea, don't do this one. You will be in trouble if your app is giving the wrong medical advise, and as an AI it will. Apple and Google will prevent you to publish, for your own good in this case. He is 17, he doesn't full graps the legal system complexities. He thinks he can do anything without being in trouble because h means to help people. Greg, pin a comment that will warn your audience of this type of apps.
we dont care about the implications, the show is about making an app, designing it, and bring it to market. This is just an example. It's not telling you to make a doctor app
I know you predicted a load of docs on here moaning but just wanted to say that from a 100% human doc - that’s almost certainly not common wart. It’s vesicular (a blister) and there are two lesions. Other conditions are much more likely. It immediately highlights the problem. Actually more interestingly google images is plagued by incorrectly labeled skin conditions which is a problem if you try googling your ‘thing’ as a member of the public. As a result a tool like this is likely to be dangerously inaccurate with base GPT model. It would certainly need to be specifically trained on big datasets of images of real anonymized patients diagnosed correctly first. Great marketing to be able to say ‘more accurate than google according to drs’ once built though!
I agree that the app idea is doable, but you'd need a specialized model, solid testing, and FDA approval. It is a full-fledged medical startup idea, not a consumer toy app that anyone can hack.
I would NOT make an App like this. When the App scans the injury on a person, the App will Scan/Look at the injury as a TV Doctor and not a Licensed Doctor MD! Do you know what I mean? The way he tricked ChatGPT into diagnosing a bump as a TV or as an Actor Doctor and NOT a MD!!!
I am really suspicious this guy is making $1 million a month with these throw away apps. Looks like those early 2000s internet get rich quick “influencers”.
Greg, if you read this, listen, I love your content, just love it, BUT you need to get sleep, exercise, and eat well. In the last few videos, you look as if you just got up from the bed and started recording. This is not good for your mind or body.
👋 Dr here who works a lot with AI. I recommend you get rid of this video. Firstly, this is nothing new, we’ve had symptom checkers and triage apps for many years. Many have come and gone (Babylon as an example)… This is an extremely regulated area and I don’t recommend endorsing or suggesting it’s easy to build medical AI apps, especially with off the shelf AI APIs. If you’re found to be handling medical data, it gets legal pretty fast.
It’s literally a video demonstrating how to build an app utilising AI. They are not specifically telling people to build this exact app, it’s obviously for demonstration purposes. As you’re supposedly a Doctor, I’m sure we can all give you a pass for writing a nonsensical comment but ANYONE remotely involved in tech already understand the liability associated with health related applications, not to mention the complexities involved with securely storing highly sensitive data in the backend. There is absolutely no reason for Greg to delete this video.

Great video ! A mini masterclass - keep the content coming
what tools would you use to build this App. Cursor??
I really like this idea. I'm learning web development now and I'm definitely going to make this.. Thanks sir

Thank you so much for this video!
This is literally the most heavily regulated fields. You could get in big trouble. Lawyers frothing at the mouth hoping you deploy
Use this framework on another space
As a techy nurse practitioner, I'd never do this either due to the liability.

OpenAI has an application process for HIPPA compliance, but I’m not sure what the criteria are.
