I was actually a former spiker wing spiker but when I changed schools, I became a libero (lol haha) then I did this in a game and everyone was like
"OH MAH GAWWDD! " I mean I had extreme accuracy as a wing spiker before and that never fade.

actually the rule is, a Libero's hand cannot go over the top of the net regardless beyond or inside the attack line. Example a libero is 6 foot tall, she did an overhead set and her hands were caught stretched higher than the upper tape of the net, that is right away considered a violation. They can also spike as long as the hands arent higher than the upper tape of the net (cannot jump though, technically standing spike)

good question, actually it i ideal for a Libero to be a little smaller than any other players, why? because usually if you are smaller the more agile and quicker you can move, in addition yes, because the violation will ne avoided. Also libero cannot serve or spike. In rotations a lobero is usually replaced by middle blockers (which is usually the tallest) if his/her position switches on the front line. Also a libero can enter the court whenever necessary in short no substitutions needed.

Liberos are not supposed to be spiking😤
They can attack a ball as long as their hand at the ooint of contact is not above the net, thats why if you ever see a libero spike they dont jump

That was not spike. Libero is not allowed to spike. This is FIVB rule.

+Carl Galang, let's be more precise about the Libero rule, base on the office rule document downloaded from URL below:

On page 34, one of FAULTS OF THE ATTACK HIT listed in section 13.3:
"13.3.5 A Libero completes an attack hit if at the moment of the hit the ball is entirely higher than the top of the net.".
In section 14.6, it also described that Libero is not allowed to block (14.6.2 and 14.6.6)
Furthermore. in section 19.3.1.2: He/she is restricted to perform as a back row player and is not allowed to complete an attack hit from anywhere (including playing court and free zone) if at the moment of the contact the ball is entirely higherthan the top of the net.
section 19.3.1.3 He/she may not serve, block or attempt to block.
Libero rules seem to be misunderstood by many people.
+Carl Galang searched Jennia Grebenikov, but didn't see him spiking either from back row or front row. If you saw his spiking from back row, it might be because he hit ball at the height lower than net. In this case I won't call it as spike. It was probably only and hit or touch.
