I think the only reason pyramid head would lose is because he wouldn't have a reason to exist, remember he exists because of the protagonist of silent hill 2, pyramid head is an exclusive entity to that protag, and if the possibility of him existing with out the protag why would he attack nemesis? Nemesis doesn't regret anything from what we can see (excluding comics only game version) because he was undead and a test subject
