I agree, but within the story of the series I can see why as in it the US witches were Matrilineal and so essentially men do not matter except for breeding stock. Yet outside there were countries were gestures were part of the power. What I liked about the series is they stepped outside of the stereotypes of spells and wands and instead used vocalisations without words. It added an extra dimension that was interesting.
They were missing a steward. I guess it would’ve messed with the female Ra ra ra of it all. It also sucks we weren’t able to see all of the other nations and their work. So much.
@alleftchaosbehind2745 it would not have messed with the "female ra ra ra" the final season was just rushed and had several other issues that effected it's production.
I think he a steward of the first song to even though it’s not stated yet because y else would she come to him she’s goin around only showing herself to stewards of the first song so they can join her
Alder Is speaking in Basque Language!!!! That's not mothertonge, it's an actual language spoken on the Basque Country!!! She says "Mesedez, ez utzi kantatzeari niregatik"
@@DivineRhea thank you for sharing the video 🤗 I would Say that it's special not rare 😊 because the origin of Basque Language Is a mistery and how It laster till thos days is almost a miraclr being alone and isolated in Europe. As a Basque speaker i needed ti make It clear that that wasn't mothertonge because otherwise nobody would realize that It wasn't 😁
Finally this series starts on Sunday in the UK. It is a shame that it only lasted for three series, but atleast it was not cancelled after 2. I would be considered an earth witch as my speciality is growing plants, before I was forced to my current home, I had things growing on my balcony that many thought could not be grown in tat situation. That is not including the "house plants".
She is speaking basque, it is a real lenguage that is spoken in the Basque country which is located in the north of Spain. Some think that it is one of the most ancient languages of the World.
The final s3 brought the toxic Raylla fans and the rushed plot I couldn’t enjoy s3 it lost it magic after 1 and 2…idk why they just didn’t focus on exploring the American witches more instead of creating this whole new plot. I wish they would’ve kept Bellweather bloodline just this regular powerful black witch family without having to have a special random boost…and the fan service was out of control lol. Anywho…i absolutely adored s1 and s2
He was they just didn’t point the camera his way for some odd reason but when the stewards sung the first song he was standing next to noodin on the end
I think I've watched this about 50x. We need a full song(s) from these stewards. So incredibly beautiful.
Absolutely
SAME
if the final season wasn't rushed, I think each stewards could have back story and adventures before the climax.
Now you can't find the show anywhere to watch it
@@carmellabrown3335I have somewhere you can watch it.
He is one. But it sucks that his voice wasn’t shown at the end it really would’ve bring out the song being passed down and him being a steward

@@nunya5230 it still sucked/s that it was rushed. It closed nicely but could’ve been better.
@@alleftchaosbehind2745Yeah we need a spin-off
I could listen to this piece of the First Song all day.
So beautiful. Hopefully we get some major battle where all the stewards sing the first song and win the war
We become the Major battle
He’s definitely a steward when you listen to base melody it’s the same as the first song
I really wish we knew more about him and his lineage.
he's a man so he don't matter based on the shows perception of things. Even men with magic still have low positions
I think he a steward of the first song to even though it’s not stated yet because y else would she come to him she’s goin around only showing herself to stewards of the first song so they can join her

Thank you for sharing! From what I understand it's pretty rare and beautiful to hear especially amongst us Americans.

I think they always try and use very rare languages in movies, ones that are almost extinct and it's absolutely beautiful
@@samanthafriend1317 As a latin/2 speaker I can agreee..in most witch shows they try and speak latin
🔥 one of my fav, had this scene on repeat for over 2hrs lol they need to do more of him
Is there any way on earth we could find a clear version of this with only his surreal voice?
He was singing the First Song! How? What the freak. Mind blowing. I needed this show to go at least a good 5 seasons😢.
He is Tate Chernen

Its a Man singing it
@@nahia4428 It's the same way with Latin. Most witch shows use it as if its a common language but its rare to come across a Latin speaker

I didn’t care for the way the show treated men in general. This dude is adorable. Would’ve loved to see more of him. Female only is boring.
