I'll be having these installed on our bikes here soon. We don't generally offroad our bikes. However, goat heads, broken glass, crack pipes, and used needles can and do find their way onto paved or crushed rock bike paths. Solid investment if you ask me.
There’s a path along the Truckee River in downtown Reno…. Fricken bums leave glass and needles down there. It infuriates me for sure. Could be beautiful if the mayor didn’t build a 900 bed homeless shelter. It’s like honey to the bees.
That’s cool. I hate those goat head thorns. Years ago someone was making Kevlar truck tire tubes. Kinda like a run flat without the big metal frame inside the rim
