Here is a quick preview of how I prepare for my showings
1) Arrive Early
2) Turn on all lights
3) Wait for my client
If I meet them prior to showing the property. I make sure I have access to the keys and there’s no issues

Why is that a studio? That walk in closet could fit a bed.

Yes! It is a studio with a walk in closet. The tenant I rented it to I believe turned it into a room haha.
