Loved this! Your sense of humor is refreshing and entertaining. Thank you for reminding us not to take these cameras and the act of shooting images too seriously.
I grow up on film in the 80s and was an army photographer using a Nikon FM loaded with HP5 or FP4 i resisted digital but succumbed and went back to film I have most Nikon f series including now the F801s and few Olympus OMs I love them all
You're very kind, thank you! Making videos about actually going out shooting with the 635 now we can go out a bit more. That, and processing film. Should be a hoot...
lone shooter looking forward to that video pal. I do like the idea of shooting with film in a digital world. Might have to get a cheap 35mm and have a bash in the near future.
Great video. Just picked up a "backup" Olympus OM1 to go with my original om1... 50 bucks for a full manual shutter. A little tri x, or Ilford pan f... sunny 16 ... good to go.
Lovely vid and very true. Have a load of Minolta's that came quite cheap a few years ago. Not anymore (manual focus, X-500, XD7, etc). But even my old Praktica B-200/100's are cute and cheaper than nothing. Standard 28mm and 50mm (1.8, not the 2.4) are OK.
Unus Sed Leo - nice Minoltas! I never owned one (yet) - but I had an old Practica Nova back in the 70s before I went Nikon for a few years. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment, I appreciate that.
Why I still shoot film in 2021... th-cam.com/video/U-znSLio6zg/w-d-xo.html
