Please don't misunderstand what I am about to say. Oftentimes, on social media, children are dressed up and look absolutely perfect. To me, as the momma of 4 and Nonna to 6, that is unrealistic. Children are dirt magnets! I love it when Layla is playing and has a little dirt or lunch on her outfit. Thank you for showing mommas real life. Layla is so precious!
You see a few minutes out of these families lives. For you to assume they don’t allow their kids to play in the dirt because they look clean is a bit ridiculous. Some kids don’t like to get dirty. Just fact
Carlin, despite being ready to pop, you look amazing. Layla is a cutie petutie as always. And Even is… well Evan in all his funniness. Look at how sweet he was with Layla. It’s great that you guys are intentionally spending quality time with Layla before baby boy comes. Congrats on a clean inspection. You’re one step closer to being homeowners. How cool!! I was so bummed when I found out UP wouldn't be airing season 11, that I found all the Bates family channels I could and subscribed. Carlin, my second baby’s labor was so fast. You can likely expect the second birth to go faster. As far as when labor starts idk when that will be! Good luck!

Hi Carlin. Just watched an episode of your sister Erin redoing Kade and Kolter’s bedroom. I think you also should get a trundle bed for Layla, especially now since she’s two. The extra bed that you can pull out is really great, especially for her safety and you have that extra bed for an overnight guest. Also this will free up Layla’s crib for baby boy. 👏🏻👏🏻👍👍👍👍😀😀
