Super mini though. Which makes sense that only the tiniest of black holes could be generated by the power contained in an arm cannon even by a technologically advanced civilization.
Brightman does not stop time, but the light that emits from his light bulb is so bright that it causes humans temporary blindness and the inability to move
Fun fact it is stated canonically that toad man was made to help the harvest. And what’s even funnier. TORCH MAN WAS MADE TO HELP KIDS LEARN FIRE SAFETY. IM NOT JOKING
Centaur man does not control time, only time man and flashman, and since time man is in a parallel universe, only flashman canonically alters time, any others that you mentioned do not alter time in any way. And centaur flash causes centaur man to become invisible for like 3 seconds and that's it, also centaur man canonically uses almost all of its power just to do that once
Fun fact: While others in Megaman and bass Were manipulated by king (Like how Burner man was manipulated by king telling him that he has a bomb that will explode if he doesn’t destroy forests. Don’t ask) . Magic man joined WITH FULL CONSENT!
Cut Man is so weak that even in his way more powerful kung-fu form, he is still incompetent in the ruby spears cartoon. Btw nice reference to that epic stream of last week
Here are my picks for the most powerful Robot Masters from each game: Elec Man (electricity can be hotter than sun) Flash man (he is the only time stopping robot in exist) Spark Man (elec man power x3) Pharaoh Man (uses fire from sun) Gravity Man (gravity change) Flame Man (based off of Fire Man) Cloud Man (weather change) Astro Man (meteor shower) Ground Man (can cause giant buildings to collapse) Galaxy Man (black holes, what else do I have to say) Solar Man (can use the Sun) Acid Man (it's acid, which can dissolve things from nature, and damage Mega Man, who is made of metal)
@@dangerousdays2052 Yes, that's a good observation, but he'd be less useful in a war-like context, if, for example, vehicles were part of the equation.
Basically any robot that can control time and space or shoot lightning and potentially cause lots of environmental destruction. If only we had what credits of X2 and X3 had where it shows the speed and power levels of each maverick include sigma fortress bosses and Sigma himself.
If you want canon power, Heat Man should be one of the most powerful robots in the series. Heat Man's boss battle is pretty easy but in canon, his flames can reach temperatures higher than the sun. Mega Man should realistically melt on contact.
@Tooterp You disrespected Junk Man (which is a severe insult) of the robot master counterpart at least, but i wont fogive you if was your net navi counterpart, and also if was, he is literal made of trash data, so this counterpart would cause severely damage around the planet.
Hi, Tooterp. I loved your video, and I really appreciate your input, as per the usual. However, I'd like to mention that there is another canonical source of power outside of raw gameplay: The CD entries in Mega Man and Bass. They cover Mega Man 1-8 (As well as Rockman and Forte, of course.) and while they don't exist for Mega Man 9 and 10, the robot masters in Mega Man 11 have their own descriptions. Here is the information I found in those games: Mega Man 1: While Cut Man can cut a huge tree in half, which is impressive, Fire Man's flames are apparently 8,000 degrees, which is terrifying, but it also makes him the most powerful out of the six initial robot masters by far. Mega Man 2: Even though Heat Man boasts an even scarier 12,000 degrees with his flames, Air Man actually has the advantage. His winds are strong enough to create typhoons, and typhoons can easily blow out or weaken flames while causing destruction of their own. Therefore, Air Man wins out. (Also, Metal Man is actually described as being pretty weak, LOL.) Mega Man 3: Jeez, these guys are weaklings. I guess the strongest is Gemini Man, as he can create clones through holographic projections, which IS pretty cool..... Mega Man 4: Despite what the game may have you believe, Toad Man's ability to generate acid rain is nowhere near Bright Man's 1,000,000 watts of pure light power. Bright Man dominates the competition here, and it's shockingly not even close. Mega Man 5: Napalm Man is a living munitions factory, next. Mega Man 6: Centaur Man may be able to stop time, but it's only for a brief while and it spends up most of his energy. In contrast to this, Knight Man has beaten over a 1,000 robots in combat and still has enough energy for more. So yeah, he wins out in power. Mega Man 7: Another bunch of weaklings. However, there's a very clear winner this time. Slash Man is in charge of a dinosaur unit, meaning that he has manpower on his side, and he also has super-speed that most robot masters can't catch up to. Add his natural strength on top of that, and you got yourself one powerful robot master. Mega Man 8\Mega Man & Bass: Astro Man can create entire alternate dimensions and go between them at will, next. Mega Man 9: Hmm.... Tornados or black holes, which is more powerful? Well, black holes are certainly more painful, but if Galaxy Man's black holes can be frozen in concrete, they can't be that strong..... Tornado Man wins. Mega Man 10: In spite of Solar Man's sun being artificial, it is still extremely high temperature and can gain more power by soaking up bullets around it. Enough said. Mega Man 11: Hmm.... Heavy bombs, corrosive acid, or fire? .......It has to go to Blast Man, due to his sheer destructive power and lack of a real moral compass, meaning he's up to far more destruction. Torch Man has (Or at least had) a special karate technique to quell his flames, meaning he might use it in battle by accident and gain a disadvantage. Meanwhile, acid is dangerous, but it only really destroys robots. Blast Man, on the other hand, has enough strength to level his own theme park, a disturbing resolve to keep blowing things up, and even his original job of creating explosive special effects in movies is dubious due to the amount of bombs at his disposal.
Good picks overall but I have to make a case for Solar Man for MM10. His name and powers imply that he has fusion based power. If that’s the case, he’s insanely powerful! Fusion is the crushing of atoms together to create an entirely different element (Hydrogen to Helium in the case of the Sun and other stars), and this is wayyyyy more powerful than fission (the splitting of atoms, which is used in nuclear power plants and atom bombs). If humans unlock fusion tech on a scale that releases more energy than is put into the process of fusing atoms together, it will solve the entire planet’s energy needs. This was what Doctor Octopus was up to in Spider-Man II - that mini-sun tech that he was developing. So Solar Man is basically a supervillain… and the most powerful in that game! Love your vids, keep em coming!
In AquaMan's defense: While I wouldn't say he's the strongest, water can do some devastating damage under the right conditions. That's assuming he can control massive tidal waves, Tsunami-like water damage, etc.
Actually I'm totally on board with Impact Man being the most powerful. He's one of the few Robot Master I've always had problems beating, even with his weakness.
I’d think that the most powerful Robot Master in each of these games would be MegaMan. Even beyond the “he beats all of them during the game” argument, he also can copy their abilities. So he can do everything the second-most powerful robot can do plus a bunch of other stuff.
Zero would technically be a Robot Master. He's stronger than the original Mega Man and Bass. If we include Duo, Trio, and Sunstar; they were quite strong in-universe for the classic series standards.
Solar Man is easily the strongest from MM10 and among the strongest robot masters. He's basically walking fusion power considering the artificial sun he creates. He by in-universe standards would be quite powerful.
I disagree with the Elec Man choice but, it's simply because of videos from the MegaMan Victory! channel. They make videos of the different robot masters fighting each other and other enemies using their AI from the different games. Elec Man pretty much always loses.
Elec Man just feels right. If Quick Man fought you by attacking you physically instead of using boomerangs, then he'd be the most powerful. Just look at Sonic and The Flash for example. Sure Flash can stop time, but that power seems to drain from literally every other stat. So if you can survive one time stop flurry of bullets, you just win. Magnet's strength relies mostly on how powerful his magnets are. However due to the overall weak opposition, I accept this. Bright Man has similar issues to Flash Man. Can stop time temporarily, but his buster is very weak. Dust Man is all about breaking down robots into junk (or robotic dust basically) so I think his insides are similar to that of a junk yard shredder, designed to crush cars etc, but that's just speculation of course. Gravity Man. Enough said. The runner up to Centaur would be Wind or Blizzard, as they could potentially use natural disaster level powers with extreme wind and extremely cold wind respectively. Turbo Man has speed on his side and fights you physically moreso compared to Quick Man, even though he is slower topping at speeds similar to Formula1 Racers. I however would put Cloud Man's Weather Manipulation on top. Astro summons Meteors. They are virtual asteroids however, but you are going to fight him in his astro world. So yeah, virtual powerscaling vs a Homing RPG firing Sniper, I'd say it's safer to bet on Astro. Magic has similar problems to Astro, due to poorly defined Magic Power scaling. He seems more like a party magician. If not Magic, I'd probably go with Dynamo Man. Galaxy Man summons Black Holes. Going by your logic on earlier Robot Masters, I am surprised you didn't just give Solar Man the win and move on. So that's what I'm gonna do. MM11 is filled with poorly defined levels of power behind the weapons the masters use. If I were to speculate, I would say Fuse Man Could have a attack powerful enough to break his own fuses as a One Hit KO type move, although that would probably kill him or at least leave him severely weakened afterwards. Impact has the potential power of a hydraulic press however, so that's cool.
Are you serious??? A human can survive getting struck by lightning. Cut Man's rolling cutter chops down trees in one go, ain't nobody going to survive that. 🥴🥴
I've read that canonically, Ice Man is the most powerful robot master in mm1-6. Elec Man is #2...literally the 2 strongest bosses also deal 10 damage when they hit you with their projectile which is the most by far. He's literally sub zero and can freeze anything and break it. MM3 it's probably spark man for similar reasons that Elec Man is. Again, Canonically, Pharaoh Man is the strongest in mm4, though if we're talking about the power ups that mega man gets, it's Bright. Cloud. Galaxy Man is probably the strongest in mega man history, even if he doesn't do as much damage as Elec or Ice.
heat man can produce fire hotter than the surface of the sun, and flash man's flash stopper is a powerful light that messes with the robot's system, so flash man would only be the strongest if your enemy is your fridge. l takes
As for weakest robot masters by in-universe standards; MM1 (none of them were really made for war to be fair)- Cut Man MM2- Wood Man MM3- Snake Man MM4- Ironically it's NOT Toad Man since he creates ACID rain. I really don't think Centaur Man is the strongest robot master from MM6. Canonically, Centaur Flash can only be used a very limited amount of times by Centaur Man himself. Knight Man seems to be truly the strongest one.
I feel like you downplayed the ice robot masters a little too hard in the video. They could give you frostbite or, in some cases, depending on how good they are at controlling ice and cold make things like blizzards.
"Toadman is just an oversized frog" Ah, so you and your community don't mind flash acid rainstorms and sewer-based deluges, ok. I was gonna make a Springman is weak joke by saying like "But he can stop Winter!" but I'll pass. Also, your ability to judge most robots's powers in relation to reality has sharply dropped after Megaman 2, where you just make fun of either the robot's name itself or what they look like regardless of their capabilities. My list would've been realistically different, and I'm not so great at this. You said Magicman was powerful due to the fact that MAGIC is the most powerful thing imaginable as a concept excluding card tricks and handplay, which Magicman is COMPLETELY about...
Black Hole Bomb should win as a weapon. It's a literal black hole.
Super mini though. Which makes sense that only the tiniest of black holes could be generated by the power contained in an arm cannon even by a technologically advanced civilization.

Did you know that heat man's fire is twice as hot as fire man's, and fire man's fire is as hot as the surface of the Sun.
Centaur man does not control time, only time man and flashman, and since time man is in a parallel universe, only flashman canonically alters time, any others that you mentioned do not alter time in any way.

Also freeze man can stop time if hit by ice

Love the video of Marge krumping with MegaMan in the background. X)
I think another aspect that shows Elec Man is more powerful is the amount of damage he does to Mega Man.
Cut Man is so weak that even in his way more powerful kung-fu form, he is still incompetent in the ruby spears cartoon.
Btw nice reference to that epic stream of last week
Please make a video to cover the cartoon. I loved it when I was a kid! Thanks for the great humorous videos!
When will he name the 2% of US pop
would be cool to have a video on the cartoon
This is the kind of content I subscribe for. Can we have weakest next, please?
but how is magnet man more powerful than a laser that can bounce of off non reflective objects i mean the man can clone himself
Here are my picks for the most powerful Robot Masters from each game:
Elec Man (electricity can be hotter than sun)
Flash man (he is the only time stopping robot in exist)
Spark Man (elec man power x3)
Pharaoh Man (uses fire from sun)
Gravity Man (gravity change)
Flame Man (based off of Fire Man)
Cloud Man (weather change)
Astro Man (meteor shower)
Ground Man (can cause giant buildings to collapse)
Galaxy Man (black holes, what else do I have to say)
Solar Man (can use the Sun)
Acid Man (it's acid, which can dissolve things from nature, and damage Mega Man, who is made of metal)
canon vs interpretation to irl
You would have a better chance of surviving lighting than you would getting hit by Cut Man's rolling cutter.
@@dangerousdays2052 Yes, that's a good observation, but he'd be less useful in a war-like context, if, for example, vehicles were part of the equation.
You know, I would not at all be opposed to a series where Tooterp reviews each of the cartoon episodes.
magic man for me is more like a magician in real life , he do tricks with card and stuff but i understand what you are saying
I like Elec Man. Thunder Beam is also super useful so Elec Man is the most powerful in my heart!
It's always epic when I see new Mega Man videos, I haven't seen one in months 😢😢😢
Basically any robot that can control time and space or shoot lightning and potentially cause lots of environmental destruction.
If only we had what credits of X2 and X3 had where it shows the speed and power levels of each maverick include sigma fortress bosses and Sigma himself.
if there was a mega man anime. bubble man would be the cartoon equivalent to the box ghost from danny phantom.
100% agree lol
Yo finally made it to a tooterp video early, have been watching since 2022 or around then, but I only realized that I wasn't subbed last night lmao
Fun fact: All of the Megaman 3 Rms (Minus shadow) Are ment to explore space canonically. Including top man.
If you want canon power, Heat Man should be one of the most powerful robots in the series.
Heat Man's boss battle is pretty easy but in canon, his flames can reach temperatures higher than the sun. Mega Man should realistically melt on contact.
And quick man in canon can move faster then lightning
4:30 also he cannot be defeated
Yes please cover the ruby spears cartoon. Maybe the Archie comics
id watch your thoughts on the MM cartoon lol
@Tooterp You disrespected Junk Man (which is a severe insult) of the robot master counterpart at least, but i wont fogive you if was your net navi counterpart, and also if was, he is literal made of trash data, so this counterpart would cause severely damage around the planet.

It's bondman
How dare you! Charge Man is the single coolest-looking robot master in the entire series. Hater!!!!!
