Mozzarella Cheese, Cheese Slice
Tomato Sauce & Mint Sauce
Butter/Ghee
🔥 For Potato Filling:
Boiled Potatoes
Onion, Green Chili
Jeera, Haldi, Mirchi Powder, Coriander Powder
Garam Masala, Salt
Oil/Ghee
🌿 For Mint Sauce:
Mint, Coriander
Green Chili, Salt
Oil, Rai, Jeera, Curry Patta, Red Chili
📌 Method:
1️⃣ Prepare Potato Filling: Fry onion, green chili, and spices in oil. Add mashed potatoes and garam masala. Mix well and cook.
2️⃣ Make Mint Sauce: Blend mint, coriander, green chili, and salt. Prepare a tempering with oil, rai, jeera, curry patta, and red chili, then mix with the paste.
3️⃣ Assemble Burger: Toast burger bun with butter/ghee. Spread tomato sauce on one side and mint sauce on the other. Add potato filling, sliced veggies, and cheese. Toast again and serve hot!
