Dude I was out there the other day and couldn't get them on spinners or micro crank bait. Pickiest trouts I've ever seen. They were bussin on top like 10 ft from me to. I think it's time to get a fly rod and reel asap lol.
Sure thing. Everything right now seems to be up river.. (as of two weeks ago) had a lot of rising trout and they were hitting size 20 adult midges. With a small wet fly underneath in the sub surface. It could be totally different now! I did just recently fish the Tellico and caught a few Personal best for that river. I’m working on getting the editing finished and it’ll be posted soon. Yea they were all over those blue winged olives!

I’ve only been fishing this river a handful of times and it’s never been pumping water. But I wouldn’t wade if they are generating. Be safe buddy
