This guy seems to be the only voice of reason is a world full of dogma and misinformation. Simple, clear, concise and with no ulterior motive other than to help people.
I've struggled for months on carnivore and keto. I followed all the rituals, ate things I didn't like, spent thousands on tests and suppliments... nothing worked.
After binge watching Elliott's videos and following his advice, my sleep is FINALLY improving and my energy is slowly returning. I was actually able to play games with my kids on the beach for the first time in their lives. Thank you, Elliott. Keep doing what you're doing. How many drops of blood are needed for the home blood test? 🙃
Often when attempting to test my glucose, I cannot get any blood, usually due to cold hands. I don't have a problem when a phlebotomist draws blood, just with the dang finger stick source.

before this premiers, I'm assuming vitamin c and eating kidney will be mentioned.

He actually didn’t directly mention kidney- but yes to vitamin C!

@@SarahKleinerWellness hmm...well I've always been skeptical of the DOA enzyme in kidney helping with histamines. I've always thought it was the vitamin C doing it, which is much higher than liver.
