The fishermen fish differently at the crack of stones at the fountains which descend from the Meghalaya hills. Dislodge the fish with a stick and enter the net. The nets then catch the delicious Chandu / Chanda fish.
মেঘালয় পাহাড় থেকে নেমে আসা উৎমাছড়ায় পাথরের ফাঁকেফাঁকে জেলেরা ভিন্ন কৌশলে মাছ শিকার করে। লাটি দিয়ে মাছকে বিতাড়িত করে জালের মধ্য প্রবেশ করায়। জালে তখন ধরা দেয় সুস্বাদু চান্দু/চান্দা মাছ।
