Love your videos though I have to point out that tanks were in fact used in the invasion of Norway. Regardless of their numbers or impact, they participated in the battle for important inland sites such as Tretten in the Gausdal. These were Panzer II’s…
It's mind-boggling how much time, effort and talent was put into animating these videos. Wonder how much money they make. Why would anyone even agree to create all the artwork for and fully animate a 90 minute TH-cam video? How were they persuaded?
Germany needed every conquest to be quick so that they could get their men back to the factories. This worked in Poland and France but really fell on its face in Africa and the east. The loss of Norway was one of the largest British blunders of the war imo.
I think if Fire and Maneuver goes well, a Ww2 version could also go well. It would have to be on larger scale and have more orders. Or maybe it could be with squads, like your video that had German infantry squads.
Technically, according to the Tripartite Pact, the Germans were NOT obliged to declare war on the U.S., because Japan, not America, had been the aggressor.
I would just like to say, the Pz. II's shown at 3:10 and 3:20 historically had a 20 mm autocannon rather than a single shot armament, so continuous fire would look a little bit different as shown.
If I may give some constructive criticism; usually your documentaries are top notch, however it is of my opinion that this one missed the mark. I felt This was more of a recap of key events in the German campaigns in WW2 with an unusual emphasis on d day. Given the title I was expecting more in depth personal accounts of how the German people were fairing and coping with the war, rather than just a dry recitation of facts (e.g. x amount of German soldiers died). Apart from that amazing narration and art work as always. As a long time subscriber, I’m Looking forward to future videos
He is a prime candidate of western bias, crucial events like Stalingrad and Operation Bagration are like an honorable mention yet D-day was like god's gift in this video

Agreed
It's to be proud of, especially military victories.
It's mind-boggling how much time, effort and talent was put into animating these videos. Wonder how much money they make. Why would anyone even agree to create all the artwork for and fully animate a 90 minute TH-cam video? How were they persuaded?
beautiful video man
Oh let’s go! It’s interesting to see a full perspective of one of the most antagonistic nations in history
Fantastic work griffin, you're invaluable to the history community on youtube! Id imagine this will be used in classes in schools
Awesome video!
Germany needed every conquest to be quick so that they could get their men back to the factories. This worked in Poland and France but really fell on its face in Africa and the east.
The loss of Norway was one of the largest British blunders of the war imo.
25:43 - putting a desperate Hitler in the It's Always Sunny/Pepe Sylvia scene where Charlie goes insane was BRILLIANT 🤣
Amazing video. Thank you!
I think if Fire and Maneuver goes well, a Ww2 version could also go well. It would have to be on larger scale and have more orders. Or maybe it could be with squads, like your video that had German infantry squads.
Love these long version videos. Your WW2 content is fantastic.
Found this fascinating and exciting at times. Great production great work. Enjoy the little caricatures.
Such an interesting topic! And great video, aiming to make mine this good so youre such an inspiration!
Technically, according to the Tripartite Pact, the Germans were NOT obliged to declare war on the U.S., because Japan, not America, had been the aggressor.
What a great production, I wish I could give more than 1 thumbs up.
why does this video not start out on why they went to war?
There is no reason. It’s simply imperialism.

I would just like to say, the Pz. II's shown at 3:10 and 3:20 historically had a 20 mm autocannon rather than a single shot armament, so continuous fire would look a little bit different as shown.
The Floor is Lava: Economic Edition. Love how you occasionally give the animated history visual humor
Thanks for keeping us all entertained with these videos!
That ending segment talking about after the war was really refreshing since i never even thought about there being life after the war for those soldiers, as silly as that sounds. Really was great, thanks for the balls shart banger basado 😎👍
You guys should do a video on Conrad Von Hotzendorf's disastrous Winter Carpathian offensives of 1914-1915.
Agreed. WW1 is very depressing and deserves more videos like this to cover the sacrifices that the soldiers went through. Lest we forget. 😔
Seeing your progress along the way, I want to give props for how far your animation has come.
