The world’s best makers at the Loewe Foundation Craft Prize 2019 | CNA Luxury

Spanish luxury house Loewe is putting contemporary craft in the spotlight at the Loewe Foundation Craft Prize 2019 exhibition in Japan. The award was launched in 2016 to celebrate creativity in craftsmanship. This year’s edition featured the works of 29 artists from all over the world, including a sculptor who was inspired by oranges in a supermarket, a hat-maker using bird feathers, and a third-generation metalsmith taking his family’s tradition to the next level.
