以前慶記用的炭炉及瓦煲跟现在的有差别，前是比较薄的唐山瓦煲及有裙边的炭炉。

香港的瓦煲飯，每流行兩三年，就會沉寂十年。
原因是貴，新鮮感過去，便馬上沉寂冷卻，要等十年之後，才能東山再起🙄🤔
