Perry is notorious for calling herbs and even DL panthenol useless. In the amounts that a lot brands use herbs vitamins etc they are indeed useless and just there so that they can legally say they are there. They will use 0.0001% of an extract blend in a batch which is nothing. This is why I prefer small brands who usually want to actually use effective amounts of herbs and vitamins in their products. I also notice that buying herbs from the large suppliers is very expensive and they seem really watered down and have no color or aroma. This is why I make my own extracts from scratch. Sure it takes A LOT of time, but they have aroma and color and are far more potent and effective in my formulations. Use DL panthenol and extracts in large enough amounts and you will definitely notice beenfits.
I usually go for extract powders. Anything around 20:1. I honestly think they’re better than liquid extracts since liquid extracts contains water, glycerin and very little extract powder. For store bought products, I’m always looking at the ingredient list😂 if any extract comes up at the end, I just know it’s probably trash (too little to have the claimed effect)
What are your favorite extracts to use? 😗

Yep, the liquid extracts are very easy to use because they contain water, sometimes a humectant, and sometimes a preservative.
100% correct. But I say if placebo works for you, go for it. Just don’t pay a lot for it.
