On the Hits 96 segment ' Let's Talk Dating', I say down with host Gino D to answer the following question from one of my followers....
I am a single mother of one & 30 years old. I just put an offer in on my very first house and this question has been weighing on my mind all week.
Is it better to go ahead and buy a house while single and just hope to still find a great guy one day to move in or is it better to continue to rent and buy a house with somebody in the future?
Are men intimidated by a woman who already owns her own home and has a stable career? 😬

Yes...but I did make the mistake of telling one of my ex boyfriends how much I made. He was less than a month away from moving in. He was driving me a little batty about how the bills were going to be split. So I told him, I will not spill that again. I never hid that I had a career, but the fact that I made more money than him I guess that was too much. Well he texted me for about week after that, then ghosted me. WOW just glad he didn't move in if he was going to be that emotional immature.
