Use the oil cap to hold open that plastic fender. pull the fender back and place the cap at the top and it holds it out of the way. much easier for oil fill ups!
Never thought of that. But I learned that the notch cut in the top of the Knee panel is designed so when you pry back the panel, you turn your handle bars all the way to the right and the handle bar fits right in to that notch keeping the panel open . Works real good!
I ride a 2016 zr. Iv never had any problem putting oil in. I top it off after every ride. Only takes about a cup of oil. So theoretically the size of the tank you'd really only have to fill it once a season. Not a big deal... why not be picky on the fact no sled has an opening hood anymore? Makes stuff harder to get to as well. But ya dont remove the hood to add oil. Do you? The side panel pops off pretty easily. Still not a big deal now is it?
when shaving this morning, u forgot one spot there

It's called a "funnel". You should check one out......
yeah cause everyone wants to carry an oily funnel with them on the trail rather than just being able to poor oil easily into the oil tank. LOL
idk what your talking about, when not filling they work just as well as a hat
