Aati ramro and valuable discussion...hats off to all three speakers from 3 parties...dherai ramro gyan ko kura hru garnu vayoo ...in my opinion to be fair neutral..i feel in 25 long years SDF has dpne fair wonderful job to make our state wonderful position,one of best in india overall..thay got fair long chances ...5 years of SKM govt ...seems low in development,but ps golay has been really kind hearted to needy ones for sure ..
CAP certainly seems one bright future hopefully..
But sincerely i too feel mass regularisation will certainly be very unfair and unfavorable to many upcoming youths in future

Why are the people of Sikkim heavily dependent on "regular" Government jobs? I reckon people of other states do not force the State Government for distribution of free jobs. Employment generation garnu but not job distribution. The entire concept of examinations and merit has been diluted. Jhan election jityo bhaney 2 months mai regular harey. Crazy. Inspectors are being appointed left, right and centre. But the inspectors who got in via examinations a decade ago still haven't even been promoted. State Government is crippling the future of SIKKIM.
Fiscal disaster awaited... To effectuate 4 year adhoc policy probable channelisation of funds from other Revenue expenses (flagship scheme like SGAY, Saama yojna)... No more revenue deficit grants from this year... Centre wants state to generate their own resources... High time ✌
This is still alarming and demotivate the unemployed youth in future endovour.
INSPECTOR post alloted since the present govt came into ruling has sky rocketed, seems like a happy birthday gift cum token of appreciation than a post to the refers of vvps/impt associates of the Govt , NO offense but i hope there is some kinda analysis test in the future of this inspectors to really validate there skills & knowledge im sure 70% of them are no brainer LOL

Hagne Padhne sbai le job pai ra ko cha that to without any merits , i feel so agitated looking at those ppl waving around thier memorandum proudly some i kno personally AND knowing thier crediantials and qualifications i feel sad and anxious att the same time bc if this kinda people with no knowlegde and authentic qualifications good at being just a couch potato looking forward to only montly salary and job perks who have no intrest in serving the public with thier skills and if not the morality to develop one, hence i feel anxious and agitated knwing that this same ppl are gon tk the vaccany of those who are way better qualified with skills & qualifications yearing to serve the public contributing at thier best for the devlopment of the state and its people ! and also tis the same reason why this state altho with good litreacy rate has not been able to produce a single IAS IPS in all this years i hope no matter which govt in the future stop the fashion of using distribution of jobs as an tool without investigating the candidates merits and qualifications and skills be it rich or poor......if the same goes on the state is doomed to be a laughing stock when govt employes represent the state in the national level in the future bc the ones with all the good mertis will be sitting at home getting to have the last laugh

As a reporter you should have known the difference between may be n shall be. If Rikzing Norbu n you few gets elected to become part of government then will you issue a notification by writing ( shall be ) Don't try to be a master to rule the state before you are elected. CM only knows about the functioning of the government else why didn't you ask the former government about the same.
