MC Eiht is a legend, he's been included in a lot of cool things. He's not someone to complain about being left outta shit. Eiht knows what that show meant for California, he's not trippin. Kendrick only had so much time. If he was able to have an eight hour set, best believe he would've had everyone. But that's not how it goes.
Once you get older you lose the desire to be at large events with a bunch of folks, especially if it's a predominantly younger crowd. That goes for concerts, sporting events, anything. Being 40-60 years old around a bunch of gang bangers is not the move. Post up in the IE and chill.

The answer is simple... When you get older u aint tryin to be out like that. It's no shade to the next gen, that's just the natural progression of things. I didn't hear that he was invited and was disrespectful in a decline of an invite. He seems to be giving props in a way that is consistent with his normal demeanor.
I don't understand why people are checking for who wasn't there. Didn't cross my mind at all. It was just Kendrick's night, he did it for the West Coast in his own way, people need to stop reading into every little thing. The crazy thing is that if he did a solo show all by himself, no one would have thought it was strange. It's only when he invites a bunch of guests that everyone starts asking why so-and-so wasn't there. No good deed goes unpunished.

I hate that people act like they never been a rap concert before lol. Unless it was a major hit, artist rarely perform full songs at concerts. The point of the concert is to keep the energy up and progressing. You don’t want the crowd to hype down unless you are intending do that. And playing full songs tend to hype people down. Kendrick literally did a verse from every song euphoria and not like us. I’ve heard people say why he didn’t play meet the grahams.. that’s not a song you play at a concert lol. You would completely kill the crowd energy. It’s a dark, slow pace song compared to everything else.
